When he got there, he was greeted by a staff that was overly excited... apparently just for his dollars. Fast forward a bit, and after shelling $5400 (yes, over $5k) for devices that just have audio playing wave sounds (in other words you could just put a wave track on your phone/airpods and save $5400), he was never provided with the right insurance codes necessary for reimbursement. After countless efforts to hear back from the clinic, they simply never communicated. After about 6 months, they finally decided to respond with a written agreement which stated that if those devices were returned to the clinic, and any "talk" online about his experience was deleted, he would get a full refund. Lies... It's been several weeks since the devices were returned, and not only has he not received the promised (and legally agreed upon) refund, but the clinic once again is not replying to emails. Hope Hearing & Tinnitus is a total scam, from top to bottom. And the real problem is at the top. Save your dollars & go elsewhere.

I found them very rude and would not recommend going here. I had nothing but problems with Heartland Hearing. I ended up going to Miracle Ear and they were very professional, could explain the various options in hearing aids and were VERY friendly.

Evidently the hearing aid agreement doesn't matter. I dealt with Lauren Royer for my fitting and…read morepurchase. I understand she is the daughter of Helen Royer. During my 2nd visit I was told that was my 3rd & final visit even though my records show different. My Contract shows my 3 year manufacturer warranty expires 7/02/2027. (the rest of the spaces on my copy of the contract where left blank) Also my contract says each follow-up visit not to exceed a per-visit fee up to $65 per visit after i have exhausted the three included follow up visits. Lauren informed me they are now charging $125 per visit. After I returned home I looked into my paperwork and called the 'Royer Hearing Aid Center' to let them know what i had found in my paperwork. I did hear from Helen Royer and now I know why the daughter is so confused!! Helen was very upset i called the home office with this complaint, she said her Husband is the Agent and she and her daughter work there, i guess you might say it's a family plan She called me from a car phone and adding her daughter on a conference call. She was very rude and talked over me. I will NEVER purchase from Beltone again after dealing with that Family!! Hopefully this helps someone else before they make the mistake of trusting them. On one hand I have full confidence in the doctors here. But on the other hand ... every single time…read morewe are here for an appointment, we sit in the waiting area for over an hour and a half, MINIMUM. Today, we've already been here two hours! I bring my parents and we sit. And sit. And sit. And sit. We are always on time, we don't stroll in late and expect the world to stop for us. What it comes down to is that this place only cares about putting a herd of people in a pen and then seeing them not on the timeframe established with the patient via the scheduling process, but have a pile of patients there, at the doctors disposal. I understand emergencies happen, but this isn't a one-time occurrence, this is an EVERY SINGLE TIME occurrence. My time is valuable too, but not in the eyes of Wolfe Eye Clinic. I have so had it with this place! Of I could assign zero stars, I would.
