I told her i wanted my hair short but to still be able to tie it, and every inch she cut, she had me tie my hair to make sure I was ok with the length, or to see if we can cut more. her attention to detail is meticulous and her company and friendship is next level. Staff was friendly, however the receptionist was a bit cold and could learn to smile more. The young woman who cut my hair was very friendly, did a good trim, didn't take off more than I asked. Only irk was that she used those thinning shears to thin out the bottom of my hair instead of fanning out the bottom and doing it with scissors like more experienced hairstylists would. The other customers there all seemed like regulars and had good relationship with their stylists. Their coffee is also really good. A great West-Island salon!
