We both thought that was pricey but worth every penny if she could really clean the place up. We weren't able to be there supervising her so we just trusted she'd do a good job and let her come and go when she was finished. We got to the place the next day and were totally disappointed. There were huge streaks down all our many windows like she sprayed the cleaner and didn't wipe it up. We could tell the stove hadn't been wiped at all. I took a rag to it and it came up dark with grime....not just a little bit. She also threw some of our stuff out in the middle of our front yard along with any garbage she made or found. The floors had not been mopped at all. Deep clean to me means mop the dang floors. We said the previous tenant had a dog and we wanted the floors scrubbed. The window tracks have 2 inches of dust and dirt in them, obviously not touched by her rag. My husband and I walk around and wonder what she did for $220. I would not recommend this service. We messaged her asking about what she did and she got very defensive instead of trying to come to some sort of agreement.
