But, I think that it might be more about how they do injections because I've had excellent results with a doctor's office in DC (where the nurse made smaller injections and more distributed along my forehead as opposed to injecting more Botox in a few spots. Or perhaps they don't have as much experience with East Asian faces. The team are super nice there, and if there are any undesirable results, they invite you back to make the corrections.

I don't know if they appealed or have a business manager or office manager that reaches out to just say here's our cost, out of pocket, or if they feel folks wont come up with it. 2) I learned fromy insurance billing that Dr. S is out of my network but I was prepared to pay that BECAUSE I have seen his work and talked to ladies for candid feedback/testimonals. 3) Bill arrived but I didn't see a website to pay online which I would have much rather alas I called in Friday, March 21st and the person that answered was less than stellar compared to my physical visit. To wrap it up, I asked if I may have the receipt emailed and she called out another email address. She sounded incredulous as if I don't know my classic 1990s Yahoo email that I've had since freshmen year. Anywhoo, I'm not the Gmail girl. We have our school email for Life so I use it for business. My point: let's not be testy like I don't know my email. One of the reasons I continued returning to this practice for Botox was because they advertised a 20% discount on office procedures for facelift patients. Their Botox prices have always been considerably higher than many competitors, but I accepted that because I believed I was receiving the promised discount. At my most recent appointment, I was quoted $1,200 for Botox--approximately double what I had paid previously. Only after I arrived was I told that the 20% facelift-patient discount no longer applied because it had been more than one year since my surgery. That expiration was never disclosed to me beforehand, nor was I informed of the significant price increase when I made the appointment. After investing $30,000 with this practice, I expected more transparency and a greater commitment to patient loyalty. If the discount expires after one year, that should be clearly disclosed from the outset. Likewise, if prices have increased dramatically, patients should be informed before they come in for their appointment. My advice to prospective patients is to discuss expectations thoroughly, ask for all pricing and discount policies in writing, and verify the current cost of follow-up treatments before scheduling.

Based on my issues with hyperpigmentation and dull skin Faye decided to start with micrdermabrasion followed by a light peel and then an ipl infrared laser treatment. I hadn't had microdermasion in ages because it's become less popular at most medical spas so I was pleased to see how much brighter my skin looked and noticed the pores on my nose shrunk a bit too. The peel was allowed to penetrate deeper after the microdermabrasion treatment and the laser was administered to help lighten some of my troublesome dark spots that are on my cheeks.
