Sending your 15 week old to daycare to join the workforce again is heartbreaking enough but this situation was unimaginable. My child attended for less than two months, and I still carry immense guilt for ever enrolling them here. What I personally experienced has left a lasting impact on me as a parent. I did not feel my child was in a clean, safe, or nurturing environment before I decided to terminate enrollment. In my opinion, no parent should have to endure the kind of worry, stress, and regret that I did. What made the situation even worse was the response from management and ownership. In my experience, communication was evasive, accountability was nonexistent, and the level of dishonesty I encountered was truly unbelievable. Rather than taking responsibility or addressing concerns with care, I felt dismissed, misled, and outright gaslit. This experience has shaken my faith in childcare entirely. I now struggle with the idea of trusting any facility again. That alone should speak volumes. From one parent to another: I urge you to do your research, trust your instincts, and protect your child. This makes it challenging to feel comfortable bringing my child there. Not to mention, they require registration 5 months in advance for the next year and you must pay the "non-refundable" registration fee for the next year, even if your child will not be attending. Good luck getting answers to questions or communicating concerns. They will make things up, avoid you, and give blanket undefiled answers that do not come close to informing you of the information you were asking about. What do you do? Work up the chain of command? So much to say about this place…read more Our daughter went here from 3 months old to almost 3 years old. We had nothing but problems with the administration and our daughter was constantly getting hurt by and learning awful habits from other kids. When she was "disenrolled" [sic] for me posting a plea on my social media for advice which, they translated into "bashing" them, we received copies of all the incident reports the had on file for her - all THIRTY-SEVEN of them. She was bit five times in a year. Every time I raised concerns about her injuries and picking up bad habits that revolved around one particular child, we were told it was "developmentally normal" and there's nothing they can do as they were already "working with the parents." There's so many other instances of them not following their own policies and making exceptions for their staff. We are not the only ones. There are three other children that I know of from her previous class alone that are not longer there and have enrolled their children elsewhere within the last 6 months. Please, DO NOT send your child here if you care about their health, safety, and general well being. Also, at least 9 of the reviews on Google are from either employees or their family members. So infer what you will with that knowledge.
