I had purchased a flower from Green Oak on old Canton Road before, and everyone raved about it,…read more then I purchased another flower from them, I paid $425.52 for both flowers, this last flower, probably costed $239.00, but looked liked it costed $50.00, my family member sent me a picture of it, so I called the flower shop and all they were willing to do was send a plant to the family, I'm embarrassed, I'm hurt, and annoyed, if my family member had not had sent me that picture, they would have gotten away with i, World you need to check the flowers you send, the flower shop I believe is sending out Substandard flowers, and still charging us regular price, II'm a Senior Citizen, and I'm Disabled, is this what we're doing to our elderly, I feel hurt, annoyed, and abused, when you don't have what you need to do what the customer want, you should call and ask them what they want to do? Pick another one you have, or cancel the order, what so ever you soweth that shall you reap, remember God is watching, you know you should have refunded me my money back, but maybe you do the right thing with anyone willing to do business with you, because I won't be doing anymore business with you, that's why I left the last place, and I send a lot of flowers out.
