They're very thorough and had me send pictures my eyebrows they could see what exactly they were dealing with. It was recommended that I have a combination microblading and shading procedure and I was given a quote. I paid a deposit (to hold the appointment) and set a date. Prior to the appointment I received a couple reminders which I appreciated. Upon arrival I filled out any paperwork and Sandy got to work. She's an absolute perfectionist and it takes a lot of time, but it's 100% worth the trouble. I had a not so good job done prior and my eyebrows were almost orange and I had to color them in everyday. I really appreciated the patience I was shown as I'm quite squirmy and I furl my eyebrows constantly. I was repeatedly gently reminded to relax my face and I tried, but I needed constant reminders. After what seemed like forever (I have ADHD) & this tested my ability to control myself, I was beyond grateful for the attention to detail Sandy gave. I was given directions (received them by text, too) on how to properly care for them what to expect as they healed. I set up my follow up appointment for a month out. The touch up process is much faster and I was out of there in a little over an hour. I'm truly in love with the results and will follow up in 3-4 moms for a touch up. I'm so happy with my decision to use Studio Brows and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in microblading.

When i arrived at my appointment i was told since the photo showed wispy lashes, the price will be $130... I said no ma'am im sorry that's not what we discussed but im willing to change the style. I didn't care if they were wispy i just cared about the fullness and length. She said dont worry we will do it only this once since I think that i am getting engaged... which to me, it shouldn't be a favor. As a professional when you tell me my lashes are $110, that's a mistake on HER end. The entire appointment she brought it up multiple times trying to see if she could make me pay the $130. Even saying "when i'm done, you'll see how hard i worked and want to pay me more" I am only 22 years old and I am not made of money. I brought the amount i was going to pay and no more. When i was done i told her i would not be coming back due to her actions making me extremely uncomfortable and anxious. I should not feel that way, when the only mistake made was on her end and she should take the loss. She kept telling me next time you ask for wispy you need to know they're $130-$150. I am not a lash tech. I don't know the style. I see a picture of something cute and I want it or I don't. I shouldn't be responsible for pricing my lashes when i go out of my way to ask. She also embarrassed me in front of another customer. The customer had to tell the both of us to calm down it was just a misunderstanding. How unprofessional and embarrassing. She also called me a name as i walked out, i heard her say "that young lady is..." the door shut. To speak to/about me that way in front of another customer is insane. Rosie is extremely talented and her work is amazing. She is fast and her pricing is reasonable. BUT the way she treated me was extremely wrong. Update: 10 months later and I've had to spend a twice as much to get a brow cover up by a proper,…read morereputable artist. It's not a matter of touch-up, this needed cover up, colour correcting, and took two sessions to fix. The issue is that MK Brows simply don't know what they are doing. On their dominant hand they pressed too hard which resulted in one very dark brow (& healing was much more painful). On the other side they were reaching across and did the tattoo too light and much of it didn't take, hence I have one light brow and one dark. Reputable tattoo artists know this and accommodate for it. As I left the salon, my brows looked so uneven I had to ask for correction, which was done by tattooing a skin-colour pigment over her previous work. It looks like a scar under my brow and only tattoo removal could properly correct it.
