They eventually got around to building the driveway so I paid them the balance. They were supposed to pay for the concrete it was included in the bid that they gave me. I was contacted about 60 days after completion of the driveway with a letter via certified mail from Live Oak Ready Mix in Aransas Pass. The letter indicated that they have put a lien on my driveway because A to Z Concrete and Fence never paid them for the concrete. I did not even know where the concrete was purchased because it was not my responsibility. I paid for a turnkey job to a general contractor who turned out to be shady.
