We've used Condor for 4 years and they are super nice and have never had an issue with them. They also pick up your child after school as needed, if you have to be at work super early you can drop them off @0600 and they can be fed breakfast. The tour was given on a Friday evening and all went well. Checked in our boy Monday morning, and let's just say presentation is important in business. Called to speak with the front desk, got an individual answer the phone that must have thought he was at home or something. Decided that the daycare was not for us I went in to get our supplies Same individual approached me as if we had been introduced before, telling me where the supplies were....allll while wearing a pair of shorts, wrinkled golf shirt, flip flops, and bed head. I don't understand why the crappy review for this place, my husband and I love this child care center. My son is 7 months and he's my first kid, so we did a ton of research before he was even born with daycares. We each took a day off work and visiting all the local establishments, but before that I did my research online. Condor was the last establishment that we visited and we fell in love immediately. Unlike the other local establishments, it smelled nice in there! I didn't realize the other smelled bad until I walked into Condor. We were immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk who took us on a tour and answered all of our questions. She said she went to Condor when she was little and that was comforting. I met the teachers in the infant room and they encouraged me to stop by whenever I wanted, so I did. I was about 6 months when we started looking and stopped by to talk to the teachers at Condor every few weeks. I fell in love with Josy and Victoria. Those are the morning infant room teachers and those ladies are something special. I started taking my son there in November and haven't had an issue since. I drop him off every day to Josy and it warms my heart that my son practically jumps out of my arms to get into hers. She's a diamond, that Josy, and I'm thankful for her and this center every day. If I have any issues or concerns, they address them immediately. They send home the daily sheet that shows how much he ate, when he ate, what was in his diaper and at what time and how long his naps were. They're truly an amazing bunch and we love them! I'm scared that in a few months my son will 'graduate' to the next room and leave Josy, but I can only hope that teacher is just as special as our Josy.
