Leather bound in the 40s, 50s, and 60s, perfect condition. A Farewell to Arms, Les Miserables, All Quiet on the Western Front, etc. I said with a big smile, "You will love these!" A short, college aged man said, "I'll be the judge of that." I agreed. He said he will decide if he will accept them and needed time to decide. I said, "These are classics in original binding." He said he did not care. So, I picked up the books and told him I will go somewhere else. He said, "Don't let the door hit you on your way out."

The whole setup gives more of a corporate-before-Christ vibe than a spiritual one. So I brought my college book haul to Boomerang Books. 5 Books, 2 were originally looseleaf (but I…read morespiral bound them). The guy offered me 95 for the lot. I said I'd keep it in mind, and left, and he gave me the dirtiest glare! Visited UVU bookstore, they gave me 106 for just the 3 non-loose-leaf books. (They wouldn't take the last two). I brought the two cheap ones back to Boomerang Books, (a new guy was at the register) he offered me 30 for the two of them. Something doesn't add up with Boomerang Books, I think they're kind of crooked. Moral of the story: go somewhere else, bring your leftovers if you must here.
