I also worked for a big name cable/internet company so I know what it should be like. Their bills make no sense. When they install cable (we already had internet through them prior to adding cable) they don't bother to tell you the install and prorated charges are going to be more than most people make in a month. So that's where our issues started. Then it became an issue to even watch the cable because it never worked despite having them out three times in 6 months to fix it. So now we're without internet and cable until we figure out how to pay this asinine bill that makes no sense that we weren't told about from the time of install as we should have been. Save yourself trouble and go with someone else.
