The flight landed before time and she instantly dropped me a message saying when she would be there. Liked that they kept track of my flight. The one and half hour ride from MSY to Baton Rouge downtown was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly. Got us to/from the stadium in what has to be record time for game days. All for $25/person (by comparison the cheapest parking pass near the game was $60 & a mile walk to the stadium). It's a little difficult to book in advance over the phone - the numbers they give you are to the individual drivers vs. a main line so that was a bit strange / uncoordinated.
