Brought the vehicle back, they inspected it and promised there were no issues. I couldn't drive for over 20 mins before the same issues would happen again. I thought it might not be that serious since they gave me the ok. A couple months later I wanted to be sure and brought it to another dealership. They reported that the fixes would be nearly the cost of what I originally paid for the car, one of those being a transmission replacement. Again, I ask you to be careful and if you must buy from them, make sure you thoroughly inspect the vehicle you are spending on. Don't make my mistake.

[1] They sold me a Ford Thunderbird with dirty motor oil. I bought it to the service Department's attention and with an attitude the guy looked at my oil and saw that it was dirty but then he looked in his computer and saw that it was documented that they changed but then he looked in his computer and saw that it was documented that they changed my oil so obviously I'm lying but somehow my oil is dirty. Begrudgingly they scheduled an appointment to change my oil. I bring the car in I'm waiting around for a half hour and I see the car is still sitting outside in the parking lot. I asked how long is it going to take and they say oh about an hour. I left and Decided to pay to get the oil changed at an oil change place. [2] The roof leaks whenever it rains. [3] The air conditioning doesn't work. [4] The combination of problem number 2 and 3 above is that when it rains the inside of the car fogs up so bad that I can't drive. These people had no business selling this car to anybody. This car is not ready to be driven but they did sell it to me for $13,000. When I called up about these complaints the response I got on the phone was "well gee Evan you were kind of in a hurry to get the car" so it's my fault that they sold me a car that wasn't ready to be sold. Still waiting to hear back to see if they're going to do anything about these problems. When I looked over the carfax report I saw that it had three previous owners when I looked over the carfax report I saw that it had three previous owners and all three of them didn't hold on to the car for very long maybe I see now why. If this issue doesn't get resolved I go to dealer and repairs division and file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency State's Attorney as well as the Better Business Bureau. I all my experiences and interactions with numerous dealerships over the years I never had this happen before. That the staff was more interested in leaving than making a sale. One of the staff actually left before we did before we did. Possibly if you go earlier in the day they will treat you better and try harder to make the sale.

Good news: I'm officially crossing one torment off the list, because our trip to Sullivan Honda was shockingly fantastic. Dave Paolino was just sensational. He was personable and not pushy or aggressive. We got a fair deal on a wonderful new 2026 CRV and a good value on our trade-in. Sullivan was the third dealer we visited, and the difference in how we were treated was noticeable. One dealer, after we spent fifteen minutes at his desk going over everything, didn't even ask for our names and contact information after we got up to leave. In another dealership, one salesman handed us off to a rookie after a few minutes who probably knew less about the makes and models than I did. We had a positive experience at Sullivan starting with the minute we walked in. After Dave introduced himself, he walked us around the showroom and the lot, answered our questions, explained the new features and technology that are light years beyond what we had in our ten-year-old model, and sent us off on a solo unaccompanied test drive. He looked at our existing car and soon wrote us out a clear to read written proposal with trade-in allowance for a new one. We wrapped things up a few days later and now have that brand new CRV.
