I read the review from H.L. and questioned Ira about it. He had a slick answer but his previous review turned out to be right. Ira was hired to install our metal roof. He was more expensive than other quotes, but assured us of his team's experience and professionalism. Nothing could be further from the truth. He never installed our roof guards. My husband could not access the front door or garage for one whole winter. He assured us in the Spring that he would take care of it--and never did. He also did not clean up after his job, leaving screws and metal shards strewn around our property and pool. We have two small children and found his lack of follow-through to be irresponsible. We had to file a small claims suit against him for not reimbursing us for the snow guards we had to pay for--which was part of his contract. 1 1/2 years later, he is ignoring the judge's order to pay. DON'T hire Ira or listen to his slick excuses. A man is only as good as his word. As his previous review states--he is a terrible business owner. read more

Ira Bruso, has really done us wrong, he stated a porch roof on 8/27/21 spent 7 hours on it. he said he would be back in a week, but never showed up until the middle of November, saying we owed $2.800.00 for the 7 hours work and all the supplies that were needed for the job. 4 days later he came and we paid him, he said he wanted a 1.000.00 more to finish, we told him at that time we had to spend the $ on unforseen problems. He than said well make payments...we agreed. But than came up with the cash money, we called him and told him that. He said he'd be back the next week, he has never showed up, roof is rotting from ice, he has all the supplies we paid for, Asked for them back, He said he's drop them off in our driveway, He never has and it is February 13 2022.
