On the 3rd time a women answered. This lady not only was she yelling at me she was highly verbal aggressive she wouldn't give me her name. She was very insulting to me and she never stop yelling. I called the service inquiries and got better service from Marcie and also Tami and Eve from the complaint department. However the unpleasantries that I received from the woman must be a disgruntled employee who doesn't give a rats ass about Lincare. I thinking about calling the BBB as well as enlisting my congressman about Lincare . If Lincare truly records calls here is the date November 11th between 9:17 and 9:32 am. I have the complaint ticket number and I will look forward to hearing further about this matter. I will never recommend Lincare to anyone except the devil. This women hit more then just a nerve with me. Her attitude was unbelievable. I never experienced such a nasty attitude from even bad companies like I did from Lincare. Billing department. This one is extremely hard to let go. Although I received apologies from other employees which I do accept it doesn't make up for the disrespect, rude, verbal abuse that I received from this one woman. I hope that they (Lincare) can find that recording because she would be reprimanded on the spot. Yes it's one bad apple but it spoiled a whole bunch.

Jeanette and Fay will promise you they will work on your request and they don't. You call and get put on hold forever. I think they hope you will hang up. I will be reporting them to Medicare hopefully they won't renew there contract. When I initially had to switch to Lincare because of insurance change I had to go into the office to get started. This office should be condemned by the Norwalk health department. It was so filthy!!! Papers everywhere, No order or filing systems. No wonder they can't find any faxes. So this means everyones personal information is left out for others to see. So much for the privacy act!! Looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Don't do business here for CPAP SUPPLIES!!! He was prompt for the appointment and once I saw the lift and the great install he did, I signed on the dotted line. We then went back to my house and installed it that very day! Talk about quick! He did a great job and was very pleasant to work with & cleaned up everything after he was done. it's such pleasure to find a tech that cares and had all the answers to my questions.
