As I sat there listening to her blame me for all my daughters behaviors,I was dumb founded ! My ex was really enjoying this & my daughter was crying. Burton didn't care to hear anything from me. As I sat there being berated it dawned on me that she was saying things that she wouldn't have known unless someone spoke to her before our meeting. I realized at that point that she had her mind made up without knowing the whole truth. I found out after leaving that my ex mother in-law called & talked to her. VERY VERY unprofessional !! She could have helped my daughter but she chose to listen to an outside source. Aren't counselors supposed to be unbiased & listen to the parents & the client. She never asked my daughter questions or how she felt. Burton had her mind made up before we even got to her office. She could have helped our daughter but she chose to listen to someone that wasn't involved. Debra Burton made things so much worse for our daughter! Debra Burtons actions were unethical ! Think twice before seeing her as a client !!

Also, a research physician, so often his treatment is different from what most doctors would prescribe. Holistically oriented. If a homeopathic therapy will suffice, that's the direction he will go. He will prescribe "mainstream " medications. A very good listener regarding your concerns and open to your questions. He's been a tremendous help to my spouse and me. He has also been successful with my niece.

He wanted me to spend over $100.00 a week in supplements that he sold out of his office. The heart specialist told me my blood pressure medicine dosage was too high. I told Dr Evens this he proceeded to yell at me in his office, and told me he could not continue to see me if I wouldn't buy his supplements. Use caution and seek second opinions when this "doctor" recommends anything.
