Corrupt, rude, deceitful, and immoral, shysters. I don't know at what point massive amounts of missing money, records, discrimination, destroyed properties, and other overt extraction and abuse is enough to finally be dealt with. If you dare to sign a contract with Connelly you can expect 'communication' to become excuses, insults, and derision. You and your neighbors/the complex can expect money, records, etc to all be 'missing'. As for costs/fees, you can expect Connelly to keep them growing out of control while any pretense of work evaporates. Horrible. They do the absolute bare minimum if not a step below that. Darynn ends up stopping responding to emails after awhile and never returned one phone call. Brent or Brett never responded to one email or call. Hands-off approach to everything. Google reviews are way off. read more

Don't do. Find someone else. Anyone else. I have never spoken with a more patronizing, condensing individual than Brad or Brent whoever he is. Seems to think he's entitled and we should be thankful for the blessing of his presence. Called to inquire about a $1000 repair budget. Met with "can you send me the invoices" then I said "don't you have them, you did send them to me". Then he went completely rude, "well if you can't send them I can get them". His tone was unprofessional and he was not willing to help. He was more concerned with his power status then to understand the root of the $1000 bill. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Connelly and Company is the worst management company , I have been seeing in my life. I moved to a new place, where I had some leaks. I called many times the manager for the building and this person never got me a solution, so one day , I decided to call and told them that I really needed to solve my issue or my lawyer would contact them , so the receptionist hung up the phone. I called again and I spoked with the general manager. I thought this person was a rational and nice , but I was wrong. This guy was worse. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I'm still waiting for a solution. I decided to contact my lawyer now. this people never help. They only want our condo fee every months in order to pay their payroll. read more

From my experiences with Connelly, they are completely unresponsive to the needs and questions of owners in my condominium complex. The property manager is extremely rude, confrontational and reactive. Our complex fell into disrepair under their management, and that was prior to the flood. During the flood, their response was, as anticipated, sub-optimal. Thankfully the residents took it upon themselves to address the needs of our complex, because if we had to rely on Connelly, it would be months before we'd be returning home. read more

Do not use this company. The people are so rude and refuse to help you. They will just find ways to get money from you. Any property management company is better than this one. I think someone needs to look into this company to make sure it's a real company. read more

Connelly & Company has managed my complex for many years and we have never had an issue! We have had stability in keeping our Manager for many years. All phone calls and emails are answered as expected. Nothing but praise for this management company. Highly recommended read more
