My goodness. This…read moreshop is located on a major street that stretches forever and is lined with numerous shops and small eateries. I was looking for a big sweater since I did not come adequately prepared for the sudden cold (low 30's in the evenings). Primark is like your local Ross store but a step lower since about 80% of the clothing/accessories/shoes are not brand names, but I was surprised at how inexpensive yet trendy some of the items were. For example, they had a sale on men's jeans for 7 Euro. I purchased a scarf that was inexpensive but good luck if you need to try on anything. This store was packed to the brim. Inexpensive, good variety of items, and filled with a majority of locals from the other side of Brussels, if you understand the meaning.

They aren't the most friendly staff, but they always had good pieces from my favorite brands and especially Yeezys which you can only buy here around Brussels. So two days ago I went in to help find my sister-in-law a sweater for my brother as Christmas gift. I was looking around and found two pieces that he would really love so I took pictures to send to her for approval. Well while I was taking them, the sales associate (the girl with dark hair) kept looking at me with this attitude and 'what are you doing' face. I was like ok, nevermind I'll probably buy them so I didn't see the problem. While they at least should recognize me because I go in quite often and mostly also BUY! Then I looked at her and she stared at me doing this weird eye-contest of who has the best 'bitch look'. I asked her 'does it disturb you if I take a picture for my brother, he'd like it!' And she answered: 'well, you better ask first' with a horrible attitude. Is she delusional thinking that I would still buy something there after being threated like this? I immediately left. They just lost a loyal customer and I'll spread the word about how bad my last experience was. What you should realize: if you want your physical retail store to survive e-commerce, then make it a fun and positive experience for your customers so that they'd love to come back over online shopping. The French brand may appear polished on the outside, but it lacks genuine quality. Their sizing is blatantly discriminatory--a complete no-go for more slender individuals who aren't tall. After making an extremely expensive purchase for an important event, I can confidently say that they genuinely do not care about their customers--and care even less about their employees. I was confirmed in several shops that many customers had the same problems. So be careful! it's a mass-produced clothing line sold at three times the price, with customer service reminiscent of Ryanair. They don't even do the effort to listen to your remarks about some serious problems about the quality of their clothes. Their supposed commitment to reducing their ecological footprint is mostly greenwashing and when it comes to workers' rights, Ba&sh is a disaster. And for those who are hoping to support brands that have stopped exploiting animals: Ba&sh is far from where they claim to be!! No third party articles available, all their 'proofs' come from their own publications. The brand appears to use leather, wool, and exotic animal hair, yet offers no concrete proof that these materials are sourced ethically.
