I'll start with the positives. #1 - I have never felt unsafe here. There has only been one occasion…read morethat occurred to give me pause, but nothing ever came of it. A neighbor approached me to warn me that he was walking his dog one night and he saw two guys weaving in between cars in the parking lot. He didn't think they lived here. But like I said, nothing ever came of that. #2 - The price is pretty reasonable for what you get. #3 - The apartments are close to uptown. #4 - The neighborhood in which the apartments are located is a nice neighborhood. My significant other and I walk through the neighborhood occasionally, and it's always very nice and quiet. Now, the negatives. #1 - There were a couple of minor issues when we first moved in. When we opened the hall closet, it immediately fell off the hinges. We also discovered that the bathroom door would not stay open on its own. We have to prop it open with a doorjamb. Maintenance men or painters also left behind dirty rags and a random piece of rotten lumber. After we spent all day moving stuff, we were both looking forward to a shower, but were disappointed when we realized that there was no shower head. Neither of us had noticed. When we did, it was like one in the morning, so we had to go to sleep dirty and sweaty. #2 - Noise. I would say that 80% of the time, it's pretty quiet. My experience may be different from others' due to my placement or whatever. However, the walls are pretty thin, so if your neighbors aren't mindful of the volume of their TV, music, etc., you're going to hear it. Sometimes, the noise isn't a big deal. Other times, it can be very aggravating. In addition to all of that, I live at the back of one of the buildings. The DMV is located next door. Teenagers like to congregate in the parking lot at night, especially on the weekends, and they are very loud. They slam car doors and play loud music for hours. When they talk, it sounds like they are right outside the door. Again, sometimes it's not a big deal. But there are other times when it is very annoying. #3 - Neighbors. There are certain neighbors that are quiet, friendly, and who mind their own business. Unfortunately, there are neighbors that I am not fond of at all. In particular, there are two women who live here that are extremely nosy. They like to get together and gossip about the neighbors and have been known to complain to management about any and every little thing. We park one of our cars in front of the building opposite ours (there is no assigned parking) and literally every single time we go out to the car or are getting out of the car, one of the two women I mentioned previously will open her door and look out to see what is happening. It's not because we're being loud. It's because she is nosy. It's really annoying because my significant other and I aren't doing anything wrong, yet she feels the need to peek out at us. At first, she used to try to be sly and only open the door a crack. Now, she will just open the door completely. When we make eye contact with her, she will quickly make up an excuse for being out there. Like, she'll say out loud to herself, 'oh I guess I did turn that light off.' Even though my significant other and I both know she wasn't out there to check the light. There is another neighbor who was having many of his friends come over and stay at his apartment for days on end. Their cars were taking up spaces in the parking lot. They were also tying skateboards to cars at all hours of the night and driving up and down the parking lot. This was going on before we moved here and continued to happen up until a few weeks ago. Also, someone backed into our parked truck. They didn't leave a note or come and let us know. And there are no cameras. So, we'll never know who did it. #4 - Dogs. Just know that if you have a medium to large size dog, everyone around here will be irrationally afraid of it. We have a medium size mutt who will sometimes bark, but otherwise, she is a sweetheart. Other people who live here and have dogs have small dogs. They act like my dog is a vicious beast in comparison. Yet, one of the nosy women owns a small dog that gets loose sometimes and is very mean and aggressive towards people. #5 - Confusion. When we first moved here and my significant other and I would order pizza, our pizza would always show up super late. We finally figured out that because there are two of every letter in this apartment complex, the drivers were getting confused about where to go. Now, we know that we have to include special instructions when we order takeout or pizza. Just a tip! #6 - Laundry. If you are unlucky enough to live in one of the apartments without a washer and dryer, you better start saving up. The two coin laundries nearby charge astronomical prices. It is highway robbery. I wish this place had an on-site laundry facility at least. #7 - Management is rude, rude, RUDE. I won't say anything else since I still currently live here.

Endless residents complain about…read moreher, her coworkers complain about her, several maintenance workers have quit in the amount of time I worked here because of her attitude; one of them had created several videos of her and threatened a lawsuit. She will call you an hour before the office opens to yell at you, but refuses to answer the phone during office hours. CONSTANT notices on your door, the dumpsters always overflowing with trash, maintenance issues are a hit or miss whether they get fixed or not, they will throw away your property with zero warnings (behind your back), apartments are constantly falling apart, windows are rotting out in every building, constant water heaters breaking and flooding, random constant $300 fees being added on your rent. This place is NOT a home. Everyone who ends up living here, ends up hating it. We only moved here because we got in quickly. But everything that has came with this place is consistent stress and anxiety. Debbie will purposely target any resident for any reason. Literally had a notice on my door stating I need to pick up after my dog, and I literally don't have any pets at all. Debbie is hands down the most unprofessional human being I've ever met in my life. She will do everything in her power to try and evict you and your babies. Keep in mind, she also LIVES here too, so you have to constantly worry about her getting into your business. Cannot wait to leave this literal hell hole. Your kids aren't allowed to use chalk (a fellow resident said she left a notice on their door after their son used sidewalk chalk) literally witnessed maintenence wait for kids to get on the school bus so they could run over and throw some kids bike away AND THEN CHARGE THEM A FEE FOR IT. You're only allowed to have 2 vehicles but with one assigned parking space, and if you don't drive the other vehicle "constantly" she'll threaten to tow it, even though that vehicle has a Bridgewater parking pass. Everyone who lives here, grows miserable. Avoid this place like the plague.

The apartments are nice for the price you pay. The kitchen is small and stove has uneven burners…read more There are many, many spiders. Mold is an issue in the bathrooms, there are so many crevices that the mold thrives and is hard to get out. The grounds can be more beautiful if pet owners would pick up their pets waste, management neglects pet stations, the siding needs a lot of work in many areas, gutters pour down all over. The biggest complaint is Buckeye Utility that you have to use for your water. When you sign your lease your not informed that Buckeye uses the Ratio Utility Billing System. We had never heard of this RUBS as they call it. That's where they take the # of persons on the lease per sq ft of the unit and divide that with water usage that 35 other units use. So for ex. we have 3 persons on our lease but John Doe has 3 also but has 2 guest staying with them months at a time. So the extra water that the guests use doesn't get divided equally among the other unit. So we pay for each others water. My water bill for August was $85.56 now Septembers bill jumped to $147.46. There is nothing anyone can do.

I have only gone through the application process so far but in particular Jessica Kennedy has made the process so incredibly smooth. I made the mistake of not checking my email after scheduling the appointment and almost missed her. She had tried to ask to reschedule over email and when she asked if I had seen that email I felt so horrible like I was keeping her from something but she didn't make a big deal and spent a great deal of time helping my boyfriend and I pick our perfect apartment. She is bubbly, kind, bright, and charasmatic and SHE is what sold me on the place. The energy is phenmomenal and she made the experience one to remember despite my mistake. Give this woman a million dollars a year she is THAT good. I cannot wait to hopefully maybe live there! She made me feel so much better about this apartment than any I had ever toured before. Sorry for the ramble I just needed to be clear how great of a worker you have, treat this woman right!!!
