Zunächst nur für Freunde und Feriengäste und später auch für die Kunden des kleinen Ladens in unserem Reetdachhaus in Toftum. Im Jahr 2011 sind wir dann in den Laden unseres Friesenhofs in Oldsum 139 umgezogen. 2016 lösten wir die alte Firma auf, um fortan als "Inselfein - Föhrer Manufaktur für Genuss" die seit Jahren so beliebten Köstlichkeiten herzustellen. Die Rezepte stammen zum größten Teil von unseren Familien oder sind Eigenkreationen, die im Laufe der Jahre aus den Erfahrungen entstanden sind. Wichtig ist uns die Verwendung von frischen Zutaten und der Verzicht auf Konservierungs-, Aroma- und Farbstoffe sowie auf jegliche chemische Zusatzstoffe.
