I was disappointed once again to find out they don't use the reward system so I couldn't gain any points. The gas station itself was very clean! Lots of food and drink options. I will go back to the gas station to get some sbarro pizza though.

This facility is old and had some grime but the Women's bathroom was filthy. No way to use toilet. No toilet paper even if you could flush the mess the prior occupant left. Given the circumstances, the location was doing a good job of remaining operational and serving customers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was clear they were making the best of a temporary situation. While renovations can create some inconvenience, it's encouraging to see the company investing in upgrades and improvements. I'm interested to see what the finished location looks like once the project is complete. Overall, a solid stop during a period of transition, and I look forward to visiting again after the remodel is finished.

What I like about this place is that I see a company come and high pressure clean the whole area once a week. I think that that goes above and beyond. I don't see other gas stations doing this. Great coffee. That's why I come here. With lots of different kinds. Lots of drinks. Yogurt bar. Reasonable prices. If you love Gas Station Hot Dogs this is the place for you. Restrooms are clean. And most importantly they are blazing fast. They get you out the door quickly. Almost forgot. The staff generally are friendly.

They also have drink add-ins not available at most convenient stores. Their drink station has a energy boost, and a vitamin add in. The cleaning stations are always full of window cleaning fluid, and I have never found a torn squeegee. This is important to me because it bothers me not to have a clean windshield, or any glares. There restrooms are clean and doesn't have that overly sweet deodorizer smell. I guess these reasons are why we frequent this station while in OKC, when gas is needed, or just for drinks.

I went in today and I only had 2 $1 bills and about $10 in quarters, not pennies or dimes, and I was told "I am full up on change, I can't take", in a very thick accent. As a store, it was fine -- clean, well-organized, well-stocked, with the food and drinks you'd expect from any QT. None of the fundamentals were missing. What was missing for me was the warmth. At the QT locations I got used to in Texas, you can't even step through the door without a staff member calling out a friendly "welcome in!" -- it's almost a brand signature down there, and it sets the tone for the whole visit. At this location, I walked in and got nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just business as usual. It's a small detail, but it's the kind of small detail that separates a great convenience store stop from just a transaction. The store itself does its job and there's nothing wrong with it. But if QT as a brand is going to keep that warm, friendly culture as part of what makes it stand out from every other gas station and convenience store, the team at this location could take a page from their Texas counterparts.
