We had the carbonara and the pork chops, both very good dishes. I liked how the carbonara was light on the sauce and prepared to perfection. The pork chop was very tender and tasty and the mashed potatoes had very good flavor. We also had the Caesar salad, which was very fresh with light dressing. My girlfriend asked for more dressing and adding more made it a much better salad. My reference standard is a restaurant which used to be in Goldendale, WA. Fortunately an Italian restaurant opened there and has a Caesar salad which comes pretty close.
