The brilliant thing about this shop is the owner who also deals with most of the customer orders. He really knows his stuff and can give you invaluable advice. We were ordering a few items at once but he easily switched his knowledge from ovens, to fridges, to sinks with ease. They arranged delivery and fitting of all the items with care and ease. I was concerned that we would get cheated or taken advantage of, so I helped my mum to find a bathroom fitter. A friend recommended James from Coventry Bathrooms. I was really pleased with the complete service that he gave. The price was less than what I expected which is always a pleasant surprise. We had to wait for 4 weeks for the work to start which was a little frustrating, but they did start when they said they would. They finished the bathroom in 6 days which was the amount of time they estimated it would take. My mum and I are both really pleased with the new fitted bathroom and my mum can now safely use the bathroom and I do not have to worry that she may slip. I would recommend James to my friends and like to add that I would also recommend him to other older people. We didn't feel like vulnerable customers and that was my biggest worry about it all.
