He handed me the tools, and said he would save me the money it would cost for him to do it, if I did it myself. However, he said if I ran into any trouble, to call him and he would come back right away. He didn't try to take advantage of me, but left me options in case it was more than I could handle. And he didn't charge me a penny. The man has morals, and looks like he can handle the jobs. As a side note, with the right tools, I finished the repairs that day. He is a good guy.

I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.
