Stayed here for 3 nights for a Conference. Great location to allow you to walk to restaurants, pharmacies, and some history. We used the hotel Valet to park the car so I cannot comment on parking. The young man working the door answered questions with charm and personality - fantastic! The room was a King room, with a large TV, spacious bathroom, and good water pressure in the shower. The only real negative - I could not get the room cool enough to sleep under the covers. I had to sleep on top because it was too warm. The thermostat setting lied, so I am guessing the hotel has some kind of temperature cap/fix at 73ish? If wasn't atrociously hot, but it wasn't cool enough for sleeping. The conversation rooms upstairs was spacious and clean. The lobby and registration desk were beautiful with amiable staff. The elevators are on the smaller side. read more

Got in at 12:30am on a Friday night (due to delayed flights) with my teenage son; didn't want to pay for Valet parking so asked about public park options. I was told to go around the corner to the public parking garage and take the elevator down to ground level and walk back... to be honest downtown is super sketchy on a Friday night after midnight. Lots of homeless people on the streets and party mode from ... locals? When the elevator opened, we were horrified to see a mostly undressed, homeless man laying on the ground outside the elevator, and then had to exit through a super dark and deserted alley. Bottom line I do not feel like this was a safe option for a traveling mom and teenage son. I communicated to the front desk and hopefully to Management that they should offer the public parking garage rate of $45 instead of the valet rate of $90 for the safety of their guests after 11 PM. The lobby is gorgeous at this hotel, unfortunately the rooms do not even come close. As a Hilton diamond member we were given a very small room with two double beds that was clearly updated last around the year 2000. It had a great view of the alley that we had just exited through. And as others have mentioned, the room credit for food was laughable... The only two options were to order room service, which I did within the $50 limit I was allotted and yet with all the add-ons my bill came to over $74. Or I could have used it in the coffee shop that had no real breakfast options. Bottom line, with the issues that I experienced this hotel was definitely not worth the nightly rate. Located at the heart of downtown, this hotel is very easy for a work trip. I got a nice upgrade to a corner suite. The room was big, but you can tell it is outdated. Bathroom didnt have consistent hot water, power plug hub on desk wasnt working (plugged in, just not working) and other little things that had a lot of wear and tear. The hotel doesnt have a proper breakfast spread, instead they give a $25 credit for their cafe (with status), which has coffee some yogurt and light fare. They push hard on the capital grille next door as option for breakfast, but you cant use the credit there. Credit is also valid for room service, im sure it would cover a water and maybe a slice of bread. The paid rate was super cheap compared to conrads in other cities, but the food amenities just arent there. read more

When I mean this is a high quality hotel, it is! From valet, to service desk, room service, amenities, and bed comfortability I couldn't have asked for a better stay. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown and in walking distance to Gainbridge (for all you Pacer and Fever fans). I always enjoy Hilton properties and when you're a Hilton Honors member the perks speak for themselves. The room was clean and spacious. *I do my own thorough checks for cleanliness* They passed the test. Ahh you'll get a fairly decent view from the room. But you are in Indiana so it will definitely not be a Chicago or NYC view. If you're in the area and need a great place to stay, look no further. Price point may be steep for some, but you'll definitely get your moneys worth. They do have a bar located within that deserves its own review! read more

Easy process checking in. Helpful staff when you walk in. The hotel is spacious and clean, although the elevator in certain areas is a bit outdated. Overall, it is clean. The rooms could use some updating. The bed was challenging and uncomfortable, including the pillows, which were so flat. However, the bathroom essentials were superb because they offered the complete line of Byredo body wash, lotion, and hand soap, and they smelled amazing. The plug by the bed, however, needed to be updated, as the plug wouldn't hold and kept falling out. And the AC wasn't cooling in the room at all. And it got much warmer at night in the room. There was a nice-sized refrigerator in the room, so you can buy stuff to keep cool. It's conveniently located within walking distance of various places to get food. read more

The Conrad has sent a standard that I will be using to help book stays going forward. EXEMPLARY is the best way to describe our experience staying here. First thing.. arriving was a mess due to the Pacers winning and the celebration hit the streets causing traffic jams and delayed our arrival. The staff were very polite & said our reservation will still be standing when I called to inform our late arrival. Secondly check was so relaxed & a breeze, we went ahead & did valet parking due to our late arrival & drive we didn't want to hassle with finding parking. But the reception was great everyone was friendly & so helpful, just made my evening a bit better. The concierge who checked me was so patient with me, I was in the middle stages of hangry weariness that my brain was shutting down and I was so glad that she should me some grace. The room was so beautiful and quiet. I immediately felt relaxed there was a robe & slippers, the decor was calming & comforting. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable & inviting it was hard to leave in the morning. Check out was even more amazing, they had a coffee station, and concierge was so professional & helped with the valet service offered a water we waited for our vehicle. The valets were very helpful in getting us loaded up and directly us out due to the traffic. We were both blown away by our overall experience during our stay that we may only book our stays within the Hilton chains. read more

I recently stayed at the Conrad in downtown Indianapolis. This is a very luxurious hotel and when you walk in you're thinking historic. Spoiler: It's not that historic, it's from 2006. Forgive me, 2006 is not historic. That said, it's a beautiful 23 story Hilton. It's got a skywalk to Artsgarden, a full service spa and the location cannot be beat. Late check-in was smooth; having the key on your SmartPhone was a new/novel concept. The Hotel is located in the heart if Indy, updated, almost futuristic, has the convenience of having a Capital Grille Restaurant next door! The corner suite was spacious well-designed & accommodating. (The half bath was an added convenience.) The room was stocked with amenities and high tech features. I appreciated the option of choosing your pillow-though two of the four options were not available the night we visited. (The chamomile pillow spray was also an added touch!) The menu has an array of choices satisfying a variety of tastes. Their presentation was as impeccable as was the service. The electronic bell on the table was a convenient way to have your table cleared at your request. Our waiter felt like our own personal concierge-he was friendly, professional & polite. Overall it was a good experience. Being in the heart of downtown Indy there is a lot of traffic (vehicles & persons) and you can not park your own vehicle-this made us have to bring all of our luggage in, however, this was not in our plan. The Valets were plentiful (pleasant & professional) and the text to retrieve your vehicle worked without a problem. read more

My husband and I recently celebrated our 1-year anniversary and decided to book a room downtown at the Conrad. We'd stayed here overnight during the Summer and had an absolute ball. The level of customer service here is a cut above the rest. I am a proud Hilton Honors member and enjoy staying at many of their different properties, but the Conrad definitely aims to please. I had a hiccup during booking and phoned customer service. Together, along with the front desk at the hotel, they were able to quickly and seamlessly remedy my issue. From valet, to the bellman, the front desk and room service, everyone made a positive impression and made sure that we were well taken care of. During this visit, we were on the 6th floor, which is also where the spa, pool, fitness center and jacuzzi are. Normally, I would've preferred a higher floor, but this worked out for us perfectly. During the night of our stay, we were able to quickly pop over to the jacuzzi for a quick soak before bed (and before it closed for the night) and the next morning, we were able to do the same just before preparing to check-out. I'd like to give an extra special shout out to Jacob in dining services. My husband and I try to be unproblematic guests wherever we venture, but we do like our food a certain way. My husband only uses Splenda with his coffee and adds an obscene amount of creamer to it and I like to add sugar to my already frosted flakes! Hubby likes jelly with his eggs (don't ask) and I like to dip my sausage in syrup. It was a tall order and when it arrived we were missing an item or two. I think I called down to Dining Services 4 times and Jacob was more than accommodating. He didn't get cross with me and sent someone right up with everything we needed. He is the real MVP! read more

I booked an overnight stay to celebrate my partner's birthday and the Conrad did a fantastic job helping to make it special. I received an email from the concierge a few days prior to arrival and replied to let the concierge know that I was a diamond member looking forward to our stay. I inquired about some restaurant recommendations and asked if possible to include a small treat to acknowledge the birthday. They did even better. I received a complimentary room upgrade, chocolate covered strawberries, snack basket, and a bottle of champagne. He was so very happy and appreciative for the extras, I looked like a rockstar. We arrived early that day and for a small fee of $60, we have access to a room. Definitely worth it. The hotel is in a fantastic location. It has a wine tasting room and Capital Grille Restaurant connected to it. The room was spacious and clean. Outside within minutes of the property are other restaurants and shopping as well as a cigar lounge. Approximately 15-minutes walk away is Mass Ave that has lots of restaurants, shops, and an ice cream shop. Lastly, the Lucas Oil Stadium is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has amenities that we did not get an opportunity to experience but I would definitely stay here again. read more

We had a splendid visit . The Conrad has really come into its own in the last decade . I stayed there when it first opened , and it was not ready for prime time . It most certainly is now! Wow! I felt like I was in Beverly Hills . Service . Valets . Concierge . Maid service all exquisitely executed in Thor duties and the spa was a model of what a luxury's hotel spa should be. The pool was as clean as can be, as was the hot spa . Our room had a fascinating view of new construction on downtown buildings and we could see a few miles . It was really great read more

What an amazing and welcoming staff this hotel has. I can't thank you all enough for your warm hospitality. From the valet attendant to the bell man to the front desk everyone was professional yet warm with there approach. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the elevator move swiftly which is always a plus. I stayed on the 16th floor and had a mostly quiet room. Some noise could be heard in morning from cleaning of adjacent rooms but not terrible. Room was fully stocked with everything you would typically have at a nice hotel excefor a microwave which I know is more common these days. The bathroom had a seperate shower and tib which was nice although shower pressure could've been stronger. Now one area where the hotel dropped the ball and for some this might be the most important thing is the comfort of the bed. The mattress was worn and the box spring was very creaky. For a 5 star luxury hotel this is not acceptable. I was only there for 2 nights but they were not very restful because of that. I would also skip the in room breakfast as the several items I tried both days lack flavor. I would return again if the beds are replaced because once again the staff treated me so well. read more

Live in Indy, but got to stay a few nights due to a work conference. (Honestly, something that would normally be out of my budget.) But all the staff, room quality, service, valets, everything was great. Just what I would expect. Convenient location and very walkable to other downtown amenities. I stayed on the "long end" of the building while a friend was on the "short end," and I liked the layout of my room a lot more than hers -- if just made it feel much larger even thought we techinically had the same type of room. The bathroom was great - super large tub and an adjoining doubble-head rian shower. (I didn't get pics of that, though.) Also, I learned that every room in the hotel is dog friendly. Nice, safe, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff here is great. They make you feel right at home. Recognized me as a returning guests. The rooms are very clean and the beds are great. They seems a little outdated, as they haven't changed much since they've opened. The showers are great! I opted to park a block away for roughly $12 overnight as they offered charging for EV's. The hotel doesn't, as far as I know I didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food. However, been to Capital Grill and the wine bar that are both very close, and they are great options. read more

Probably still the nicest hotel down here. Staff is very intensive. And you get coffee in your room. So all in all this is a solid place to stay. It needs freshening up though. It just feels a tad dingy. And the one big negative are the TVs. They are not smart. So if you have kids this could be an issue. No streaming services...none. however if you want to rewind the clock to ten years ago you could travel an HDMI cable and hook up that way. The location of this place is great btw. read more

The hotel is attached to Capital Grille and Tasting Room but the ownership group does not allow resort credit to be used there despite allowing room charges. Some will tell you if you ask enough the credit is actually valid there but they want to force you to use the overpriced room service with fees . The room service was hard to even order - you have to call "0" and then try to be transferred which can take over 10 minutes. 2 Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and a small glass of milk is about $15 no wonder they want you to be forced to use room service verses the restaurant. The spa service was outstanding, room was comfortable and location great but this is not a luxury hotel. All in all I a happy but this hotel is not a luxury place to stay and should never have the Conrad name attached- it is a Curio or Hilton property at best. I do not want any thing from this review but just want other potential guests to know skip this place and stay elsewhere (Marriott or the normal Hilton ) The valet team including Jon is fantastic though- they are the face of the hotel and rock. So we checked in on Friday night, Saturday morning at around 9 a.m we were woken up by hammers, saw, chisels and the sound of a very loud work crew. The hotel knew this was going to be going on and still placed us right next to this bull crap. We contacted the front desk and they said, sorry we are at full capacity but we can send someone up and ask if they can quite down. So basically make it so the hammers aren't as loud?! Oh, and the super helpful person at the front desk said, oh! They stop at five! We came up to take a nap and can't even do that because this joke of a hotel has a construction crew on a Saturday when they are at full capacity. Four hundred dollars a night to stay in Indianapolis... Indianapolis and this crap hotel has construction going on! Monday through Friday I could understand, because if you are coming in for business you're more than likely gone before 9 a.m. if your coming in for a concert and you want to enjoy your time on the weekend but you can't because they have saws, hammers, god knows what else, and you can't, that's a joke. Really enjoyed the 5 star experience! Very detailed and welcoming. Friendly staff and very nice and clean. Parking is frustrating but is to be expected downtown. I highly suggest making sure you get everything out of your car you need because parking is not right there at the hotel and valet parking is used. But the location in the heart of downtown is very nice. A few close restaurants and a few late night places too. You can also find the rental scooters within a few steps of the entrance. Stayed here a few weeks ago. The hotel is older and more in need of an update than I expected. I had an issue where I was supposed to get Hilton and AMEX benefits at this hotel but despite talking with the manager on duty, Justin, I was unable to be credited my perks. I even had AMEX call them and still no good. So basically they do not honor Hilton Honors or AMEX perks so if you're expecting that, good luck. I would look for other options in the downtown area. read more

Beautiful Hotel. Amazing Staff. Wonderful stay. First time staying at a Conrad and what a pleasant experience. We went in for our Anniversary and was so excited when looking at the hotels in the area to stay at this brand. I called ahead to check on available amenities and with some general questions a few days prior to arrival so I would know what to expect. From the moment we pulled in, the Conrad Hotel did not disappoint. Hotel has a classic look from the outside and the branding simple, clean, and the brand signage in red is bold and really pops. There is Art throughout the hotel with public viewing concentrated on the first and second floor, but it is also throughout the hotel as well. Price - Higher End but not unreasonable for the area, and considered it a good price given the brand. To make it even better, I paid with points and money for this visit so got a wonderful deal and got to use some of my points. Room - I had reserved a Deluxe Room with a king bed. I had to ask about the eligible status upgrade but was so happy that one was available. We were upgraded from the Deluxe to a Superior Room on the Eighteenth Floor with a Soldiers & Sailors Monument view. It was a breathtaking view and the room was immaculate. The bed and linen were the best. Shower and bathroom were really nice too. I took both a bath and a shower during the visit. I thought the TV in the bathroom added a nice touch. Valet - I feel like the $49.00 price point was a bit excessive. For me it was really a safety and convenience cost. I would imagine a $35-37 range would be more tolerable. The Valet Staff were friendly, and well-coordinated. They did an amazing job and the valet experience was favorable and some really nice and personable valets. Front Desk & Lobby Staff - Amazing and courteous Staff. I was impressed and the entire team deserves props! I got the impression that they really cared about the guest experience. Pool - Loved this pool. We were able to book some pool time as the hotel. You had to reserve a spot which a nice COVID precaution. We had an after dinner/evening time and so we had the entire place to ourselves aside from the attendant. We almost didn't get in as they had my name reversed and off a little. I was confused when they said Used both the pool and the hot tub. I think being in the indoor pool and looking up through the glass roof and seeing the red CONRAD sign on the top. I didn't utilize the SPA or the Gym during the visit but both looked nice (especially the spa). Dinner & Breakfast at The Capital Grill. We had Coffee to go from the Capital Grill prior to the breakfast reservation. Breakfast was MyStay preferred option so used the voucher for $10.00 a credit/coupon per guest on a higher end breakfast (Lobster Eggs Benedict & Peppered Filet Hash). Critiques - Few areas for improvement but my critiques for the visit are that I had to ask for my status upgrade, it wasn't offered (I am seeing this to be a trend across the Hilton brands) and a few times they would reverse my name and say Robert Williams at the front desk, and the Williams reservation at the pool. Pet peeve for me and surprising especially with how much attention they pay to detail. Final critique would be on check out, I called down to the front desk and requested the car and when we got down stairs 10 mins later the message was not passed along to the valet. None of these really reflected too negatively on the stay, just wanted to fully represent the experience good and the not so good. Requested a late check out which was not an issue at all and didn't need the entire time. Checked out via the app and dropped the Key Card off. I am a Hilton Honors member but am pretty confident the wonderful experience aside from the upgrade and included continental breakfast to be the same for all. It was very COVID Safe, relaxing, and friendly stay. I would recommend a stay here if you get a chance, and personally would love to stay here again as I think this stay spoiled me. read more

Looking for the perfect space for your wedding, conference, or other event? The Conrad is IT! I had the pleasure of planning and executing a 2-day professional training conference for 400 attendees held at the Conrad this week - and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the initial site scouting meeting with Hannah to my final walk-out with the attentive valet staff, every step along the way was effortless, professional, and friendly. They absolutely earned and live up to their 5-star hotel rating consistently. The conference logistically went off without a hitch - the staging, screens, A/V equipment, tables/seating, break-out rooms, etc. were all set as planned and we had no issues what so ever. Coffee/beverage service throughout the day was absolutely above and beyond what I could expect from a simple set up - including ceramic mugs, amazing coffees, teas, chocolate shavings, little jars of honey - no thoughtful detail was left out. The chef carefully considered the nutritional needs and dietary accommodations of our attendees and every person had a meal for lunch that was light, satisfying, and SO tasty. Snacks in the morning and afternoon were also the perfect touch, and I love that they used local products as able (Broadripple Chip Company, etc). The best part of the conference? The STAFF. Literally everyone I encountered was attentive, professional, anticipatory, and more than willing to help. Every morning when I arrived earlier than early to set up, Melba was there and offering me anything I could need - and she would continue to monitor and stock our staff office area throughout the day with a smile. Therese was a joy to work with as our conference services manger. The valets remembered me by name each morning. The concierge helped me call up to check on my speakers. The bellhop helped me load and unload all of my conference supplies. I tell you - everything was just above and beyond. Lastly, I cannot tell you how pretty and lush the space in general is. The Conrad is pristine, modern yet comfortable, and our international speakers raved about how comfortable and gorgeous the sleeping rooms were. Please don't let the 5-star status make you shy away from considering this space - as it is SO worth it - and probably more affordable than you imagine. The piece of mind that the Conrad and their top-notch service offered me was invaluable - and that goes a long way when planning a major event. Trust me. We've stayed here twice now and we do enjoy it. The customer service is great. The rooms are always exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable a well. It is not a modern vibe at all so if that is your thing, this is not the place. The location is ready to find, I definitely suggest utilizing valet to park. But then you can walk downtown. Some colleagues and I had a small-group meeting here since we were all Zoomed out and decided that since we were all fully vaccinated, we could safely meet in person. We had our meeting in the New York room which was big enough for us to spread out and had a nice big window with a view of the Arts Garden and Washington Street. The chairs were comfortable, and the wifi worked well enough for our purposes. We had breakfast, lunch, and break service for two days, and the food was excellent! Fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes along with pastries for breakfast was such a treat! Everything was freshly made and high quality. The sandwiches and salads for lunch were delicious and beyond basic meeting fare which was wonderful. The pasta salad was filled with roasted vegetables and olives and the caprese salad made me think of summer. We had cookies and brownies galore, and being the local person, I got to take leftovers home! I'm still enjoying them! For one break we had hot pretzels with mustard and cheese. These were delicious. We had been eating all day, and were headed to dinner later, but had to eat them because they were there! We also had tomato soup with mini grilled cheese sandwiches the second day and this was comfort food at its best. In other words, we thoroughly enjoyed hitting our minimum food purchase that was required to have the meeting room! We pretty much ate our way through the meeting. The hotel is beautiful. I loved all the art work by local artists. My colleagues, who stayed overnight, had very favorable things to say about the rooms. Since I live here in Indy, I commuted, but based on what I saw and what my colleagues had to say I'd recommend, this hotel to other friends and colleagues looking for a place to stay downtown. On a trip with friends, we booked a room at the Indy Marriott. We were w warmly received by the valet and directed inside where we were greeted promptly and directed immediately to the front desk. The staff was friendly and efficient and checked us in a little early...we were grateful! The rooms were clean and generously stocked with clean towels. Everything was great. But ultimately, I am writing this review because of the front desk manager, Andrew. Andrew and his staff manned that lobby like soldiers. They were there and ready to help at all times. He was particularly friendly and accommodating. There was not a time he failed to say hi and to ask about how we were enjoying our trip. He gave us great tips for things to see in town and was consistently and severely extremely nice. The hotel is great, but the staff is even better. I never had much of an interest in Indianapolis before... But I am actually hoping to come back one day to see more of this beautiful city. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I truly enjoyed myself. I have to give a good Morning check out to our server Tyler who was friendly and informative. Also hats off to Chef Chris who made a delicious meal and then checked to make sure we liked it. Midwestern hospitality can't be beat! read more

Came to the Conrad conference area for a work event. It's a nice venue that our company has worked with for years for events. There's a garage on Illinois that I suggest parking at. Coworkers also used the valet at the Conrad and were happy with it. I came and parked at the Market Street garage connected to the mall. It was very run down and did not feel safe. The elevators and escalators didn't work. As soon as I entered the Conrad hotel I felt safe. Someone greeted me and helped direct me to where our conference was being held. All staff wore masks as of 6/28/2021, even after mask mandates were removed. The interiors are slightly dated but very clean. The bathrooms were extra clean. Saw people cleaning them all day. Probably cleaner than my bathroom at home! The food was good. Coworkers preferred Mexican lunch to the breakfast. Pastries were good, fruit fantastic, but some people wanted the potatoes and eggs to have been cooked longer. Cookies and coffee were put out in the breakout rooms in the afternoon. Fancy tea selection. Staff smoothly transitioned the main room into three smaller ones without me noticing. Staff was very friendly. I mentioned iced tea and without me asking they made it freshly and brought it to my table. I look forward to visiting the Conrad for future conferences. Love love love this hotel!!!!! The property is beautiful and their expansive artwork collection is impressive. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of their special rooms with featured artwork and it was gorgeous. This is definitely a 5 star hotel in my book from the service, the staff, the cleanliness, to the location. There is a capital grille on property which checks the restaurant box although the food for meetings was superb as well. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. Loved that our room had a Tv built into the mirror! That was definitely a new and nice surprise. Super convenient location and you can see the Pacers stadium from the hotel. If you're in Indy, I highly recommend this hotel! This lifetime platinum Marriott rewards member hardly ever stays at non Marriott properties so I think that says a lot!! read more

In general we just had an all around bad experience at the Conrad. I'm a Hilton gold member and stayed at the hotel with a wedding group. Instead of booking with the wedding block, I booked with credit card points. There was a whole issue with that, but that isn't even my frustration. In general, it just didn't live up to the reputation or the cost. We felt nickle and dimed (reserving a room comes with valet parking, but my points didn't). Then the valet parking charge was $58 for one night. Note that the website does have the price buried in there somewhere at $54, but says it is included. So not only did we pay, but we paid $4 extra for some unknown reason. Then the communication was terrible. I got a text from the hotel asking if I needed anything. I responded with a question. No response. I later asked another question. No response. Then I received a text on the same chain in the morning saying "thank you for staying". I responded with I wish they would have answered my questions. No response. I switched from Marriott to Hilton recently. I typically stay at Ritz-Carlton hotels and the Conrad in Indianapolis was terrible in comparison. read more

Beautiful hotel with less desirable room. We had a great stay here. The hotel is beautiful, especially the main entrance. There were beautiful chandeliers and it was very clean. The staff was somewhat helpful. The is hotel cuts corners and for the price it's not always cute. I wanted wine glasses and they brought up plastic wear. We wanted to grab some room services and after a 20% gratuity and a bunch of room taxes it would cost like $20-30 to bring us food. There are no extra channels on the tv and it's just really a basic hotel stay. I did like the big tub and tv in the bathroom. That was really nice. The location of this hotel can get no better though. You can access everything downtown Indianapolis as this hotel is pretty much in the center of the downtown area. It was a nice hotel but I'd probably stay somewhere else. I guess I wasn't too impressed. read more

My husband and I came here for a Spiritual marriage retreat and we had the perfect stay literally... when we checked in last night, the customer service was nice! They greeted us and gave us a water. We were able to valet our car and walked in with no probs. We checked in and went to our room. We stayed on the 11th floor and the view was really nice. I wish we got a front city view but i was grateful for the side view we got.. the room was clean and the decoration was nice. The bathrooms were amazing. The standing shower and tub were very inviting (although I don't take baths in hotels). It looked nice! The room came with two rubs and two House shoes which made it really nice to put on after showering. They offered pillow service, where you got to pick the type of pillow you need to fit your sleeping accommodations. That was super nice considering I'm 35 weeks pregnant! They offered me the body pillow. Pros Nice and clean Friendly Tastings winery is inside Cons Our phone was difficult to work. read more

One of the greatest hotel experiences I have had. They went the extra mile by supplying us with a DVD player, popcorn, and cookies for our Twilight marathon! They have a pillow menu!!! It was really fun trying all of the different pillows. The L pillow is great if you're watching a lot of tv. Our service was attentive and friendly, the person who helped us most of the evening, Oscar, needs extra appreciation for putting up with our various calls throughout the night. The shower has 3 nozzles and is adjustable. The bathtub is the perfect size and I had fun playing with bubbles. The mattress is firm, but cushioned, the carpeted room was clean and no signs of wear and tear. It is very cool to see all of the art on the walls and throughout the lobby. The pool area has a steam room and sauna, which supplies various beauty needs. The gym has complimentary newspapers, apples, cold pressed wash cloths, and water bottles. read more
