My role as your Life Coach is to guide you in exceeding expectations of what you think you are capable of achieving.

History

Established in 2016.

From a young age, I’ve had a passion for learning more about physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health. My life journey has consisted of healing & strengthening myself in all these ways so I can be a roadmap & support system for others. I guide my clients & students through life's inevitable challenges, to improve various areas of their lives through Transformational & Spiritual Life Coaching & Yoga Practice. The more open you are to learning, changing, growing & releasing patterns that don't serve your higher-self, the more expansive your results will be & the more evolved you will become as a human being & spirit being. There are no limits, except the one's we mentally adopt. Meet the Business Owner: Christena V.

My personal life pains, struggles & anxieties as a woman, a daughter, a mother, a friend, a partner, a victim & an abuser of myself, have taught me the hardest life-lessons, over & over again. Through individual experience, we can use pain as a teacher to build emotional resilience & strength. I have hit rock-bottom countless times. It took years to build the mental strength, inner-fortitude & power-mindset to make the choice to turn my wounds into wisdom. You can do it & I am here to support you every step of the journey. Don't allow past trauma, fear, anxiety, negative self-talk or limiting beliefs destroy your confidence & control your life. Life is shorter than you think. Getting real, how do you want to remember your life at your moment of death? We either live with the pain of regret or live with the pain of discipline. Time can never be recovered. You always have a choice: evolve or repeat.
