She called me immediately when she got home, and I told her to leave the room because we didn't know if the mirror was shattered. I called Unique and sent them pictures. Almost 6 hours later, they sent me a text saying they would not cover it. I called them and talked to Sue, the owner. I expressed how upset I was about this set being less than 5 months old and the mirror falling off. She said mirrors don't just fall off of a dresser, and this has never happened in the 43 years she has been in business. I told her we were lucky the mirror didn't fall on my daughter while she was in front of it. Sue said she would send someone out the next week to look at it & see what they could do. No one ever called us back since then. Today is 2 weeks after that call. My husband fixed it today and put extra screws in it. I hope the bed is screwed together better than the mirror and dresser. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM UNIQUE AGAIN!!!!

I was also informed my 7 minute conversation didn't take place, and I'm not intelligent enough to pick the proper location. I accepted all of that and decided to make the purchase again after receiving such wise counsel from "the highest paid salary management on staff". After making the purchase again, I was told it didn't come through. Capitol one shows the purchase immediately using Apple Pay, but their store doesn't recognize the purchase. So I asked a simple request. I have a 4 hour round trip to pick up this tree. "Can you set it aside to ensure it will be there when I arrive? " managements reply: " no, but if you want to take the chance and make the drive, we can sell it to you in store, if it's still here when you get here." Stores like this don't deserve our business. The sign listed next to the chair said the price was $999, but the system showed the chair as $1099. Before we began the checkout, the salesman who was assisting us said they would honor the floor price, but when we attempted to buy it, the manager would not honor the $999 price plus the 4th of July discount if we went over $2000 on other full priced items because he had already given us the 'discount' to the floor price. When we asked to speak to a different manager, your on-floor manager refused and said, "I will not call my manager", I'm going to guess because they forgot to change the floor sign. We were the only people in the store purchasing anything at the time. We even asked to split the difference of the discount and just take $50 off and he refused because he was already offering the "discount" to the floor price. I work in finance and your attempt at manipulating the numbers at checkout is absolutely shameful. Always check the math before you buy here.
