I didn't understand my legalities half the time she literally yelled at me. She was very tired of me and I could tell. But who is her lack of patience and her over sized workload that didn't give her the capability or patience to work with me. A very simple divorce. No kids. Two pieces of property. Super simple. I would stay away from her. She is a liar and she actually talked crap about Sherry Fogarty attorney at law. Said they battled in the courtroom and this should be no problem to beat her because she didn't like her anyways. My ex-wife's attorney said she was so sorry and helped me for free to wrap up all the confusion that Kelly was giving me. It is not as difficult as she was making it. And she overcharged me. There's nothing I could do about this because she is an attorney and I am not. That is the game she plays when she doesn't like her clients. She is not professional.
