Review is for 2 new gates and a walk way to back yard. Not satisfied with the quality of the work. Payed over $6,000 for this. Materials used were cheap. See attached pictures. -Cement has holes in it, it's uneven. -gate #1 doesn't open, it's uneven, wood is swollen. -gate #2 doesn't close all the way , has to be forced closed. -contractor doesn't respond to get them fixed. Sergio and team did a complete spare bathroom remodel in our house in 7 days! The outcome was beautiful and we were very happy with the entire process. Sergio was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions and requests. We basically shared Pinterest pictures of bathrooms that we liked and he helped us customize each piece. Smaller materials we were able to choose from Lowes.com, and larger materials, he shared with us as samples in person. His team was mindful of COVID concerns and wore masks in the house. They were able to come in through the garage and we had very little interaction throughout the day. If we had questions or concerns with any fixtures purchased or scrap materials left in the garage, Sergio was quick to address. I have a rental that was returned to my after ten years of neglect. The litany of systems that failed are too long to go into here, but I immediately looked for contractors in the area. I reached out to six contractors and of them all, only Sergio had the courtesy to return my quote request in a timely manner. I originally hired Sergio to redo a gutted kitchen (mold and destruction), replace siding in the solarium (also mold), and replace all the floors with the exception of the hardwood in the living room (pet stains and odor everywhere), which needed to be refinished. Sergio was consistently on time and on budget, although I did add items to the list over time. His team did a good job, all were unceasingly polite, and everything was done in a timely manner. Sergio was extremely responsive to any issue I had, and the only reason I didn't give a five-star rating is because I feel 5 stars is perfect. Sergio was close to that. I have since hired Sergio to redo the stairs to the front door (rot), fix the exterior ship lap outside the solarium (water damage and rot), and replace all the valves in the house (age). We needed a washer/dryer installed in our carport and Sergio took care of it for us. Since the units would be fairly exposed, we asked him to construct a shed to fit them in, but we also asked that they be a couple feet off the ground since they're front-loaders and we didn't want to squat down to move our laundry. The structure he built is super solid. It does not wiggle or make any sound with both units running. I feel very confident that the shed will last forever. He had to run new electrical from the main panel on the other side of the house since there was no electricity nearby. We also wanted the washer to drain as gray water with gray water friendly detergent because our septic is small and it would be too expensive to tie into. Sergio installed a french drain down the side of our driveway to accommodate this. We're very happy with the work he did. We had a low budget that limited our options and he was patient, understanding, and creative in how to get the job done. He also met his estimate which was great, and he was comparable with other contractors we spoke to. If I had to sum his work in three words it would be: 1) Honest 2) Solid 3) Kind. read more
