Cartel 011 is the name of the building and within it, you'll find a gorgeous semi open-air restaurant/bar (Feed Food) with nouveau Brazilian dishes (and amazing coxinhas), a hip sneaker store carrying Converse to Nike, a few clothing and shoe stalls with 10-15 or so items, an Absolut cocktail lounge (also beautiful, but only open Thursday-Saturday) and a beautifully edgy hair salon called CZO Cut Club.
It's like a mini-mall of all things aesthetically pleasing. While I didn't necessarily spot anything I needed to have, this place manages to take something I'd only imagine in theory and puts it into practice. I'll probably get my hair cut here at some point and some Thursday night will find me in need of Absolut cocktails.
