What a nightmare it was doing business with this company.Starting with the guy who handles the phone who was rude and condescending all the way to the techs fixing the tv.They picked up the tv 4 different times for the same problem keeping it over a month between the 4 times.The same problem just happened again and fortunately the warranty company decided to replace the tv. All this aggravation for almost a year since the first pickup all I can say that is good about these clowns is the pickup guy who was always very nice and on time.Stay away from this nightmare. read more
