I went in like always to do my business transactions and was told today that my transaction was not efficient enough! That she is the branch manager and I was taking up way too much of her tellers time to do my transactions. I was talked down to like I was a piece of lint on her shoulder she was brushing off. She basically told me the way I do my banking wasn't allowed anymore in her branch because it was too time consuming for her tellers! I have been in business for 25 years and I am now being told I am an inconvenience to her branch!! The way I was treated was the worst customer experience I have ever had! Shameful just shameful!

Banking: the place works, nothing fancy, however they are very ready and willing to start charging and billing you for anything they can. i ended up closing my account after $200 of overdraw fees in one day, i understand that's my fault, but they had no interested in helping or making things easier.
