Very pleased with this office. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and personable. Could see the smile under their masks. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. Visit was pretty quick and efficient. Dr. Warren is a very friendly woman. She was thorough with her responses to all my questions and addressed every concern I had. I didn't feel rushed or brushed off as I do sometimes with physicians. Unlike other providers, she came in knowing information I've already provided to the Medical Assistant. I could tell she actually tried to learn a little about me before walking in the room and I appreciated not having to repeat myself. I was referred to this office by a friend and I'll definitely be recommending more people to consider this office. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This practice's complete failure to communicate and submit required paperwork cost me my maternity leave benefits--not once, but twice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My disability insurance company repeatedly requested clarification and documentation from this office. They faxed requests, left voicemails, and followed up multiple times over the course of months. I also called repeatedly, sent messages through the patient portal, emailed the office, and even had my benefits administrator contact them directly. Despite all of those attempts, the paperwork was never completed in a timely manner. This wasn't a delay of a few days or even a week. My claim dragged on for months because this office simply would not respond. As a result, my claim was denied twice due to missing documentation that only my OB's office could provide. Eventually after countless email follow ups, faxed forms, ignored calls, voicemails ect CWC provided shoddy paperwork with misspellings, typos and unanswered questions. (The claim started in May, they sent the final paperwork over on July 23). This was a slap in the face. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had just delivered a 25-week premature baby who spent months in the NICU. Instead of being able to focus on my son and recover from an incredibly traumatic birth, I spent months chasing paperwork, making countless phone calls, sending emails, leaving messages, and begging this office to do the bare minimum. The emotional and financial stress this caused was completely unnecessary and avoidable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]To make matters worse, I was frequently given conflicting information, told that everything had been handled when it had not, and my repeated requests for updates went unanswered. It became clear that no one was taking ownership of my case or communicating internally.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] An OB practice doesn't just deliver babies--they continue caring for patients during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives. Completing disability and leave paperwork accurately and promptly is part of that responsibility. This office failed spectacularly. If your livelihood depends on this office completing insurance, disability, FMLA, or maternity leave paperwork, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This brings us to this most recent attempt to contact them - when I called back 3 weeks later to remind them about my medication change. I called 8 times. Left voicemails. So I tried emailing them at the only email address I have for them-the front desk. So I get in my car to drive to their office & ask them to person and they finally call(thanks email).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And they had the audacity to try to ignore the whole situation. No apologies. No accountability.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I got what I feel was understandably angry (at this point I have l called them close to 20 times and which feel like I am having to harass them to do basic functions of their job) so I asked to speak to her manager. She puts me on hold and then comes back to say she's not available and hangs up on me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The kicker, she did not confirm my pharmacy so I had to still go in person to get my medication sent in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Now I'm furious, but I know I can't be furious in person. It will not help me or anyone else there in their waiting room. So when I arrive, I very calmly, quietly, (so as to not upset the pregnant women in the waiting room because this isn't their fault or problem) ask to speak to the office manager.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I also give them the pharmacy so that it can be called in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wait around for 20th min only to be told she is in a meeting and then is going to lunch. She could not daine to give me 5 min of her time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They then add insult to injury and say "she will call you" why if you can't be bothered to call me about making an appointment, or my calling in my medication would I believe that someone would call for me to air a complaint? The office manager whose name is Paige, called at the end of the day (she waited until the end of business).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went through the reasons for my outrage. I preface my start by asking her to not interrupt me until I had gotten through it all & I asked for her to put herself in my shoes. If she did, I asked how she would feel had she been treated with such disregard as her staff has now routinely shown me[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She made no attempt to empathize or take any accountability. See my screenshot) When I pointed this out she just repeated herself. I wanted to know why they can't be bothered to call people back or call in medication & how they wood be fixing that issue for their patients going forward because this is not reasonable. But nope... Instead, I was met with condescension and confusion.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Paige, in particular, made it abundantly clear that my pain and questions were a burden because they "have other patients."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That may be true, but it is never acceptable to weaponize that phrase when someone is seeking care. To make matters worse, the staff seems to have only a vague understanding of how insurance works. "Buy & bill" is not a new concept in women's healthcare, and it is inexcusable that a clinic specializing in OB/GYN services doesn't grasp that IUDs are classified as a preventive benefit under most plans. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Despite multiple attempts, I was never able to speak to the office manager, and on more than one occasion, the office simply hung up the phone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you value being heard and listened to during your pregnancy, don't go here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had two high risk pregnancy with a different doctor, and explained that to my new dr at CWC and left feeling dismissed and not taken seriously.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My thyroid medication would not be managed by their office during my pregnancy which is ABSURD bc thyroid function fluctuates during pregnancy and needed to be increased. I was told "That's not my jurisdiction." Blood work was not offered until 12 weeks pregnant. This was never my experience. I advocated for myself and said I was high risk and needed to have bloodwork sooner. They dismissed and said that's not their protocol. During my last appointment, I had to get an ultrasound in TWO different rooms by TWO different people then to see ANOTHER doctor who didn't do the ultrasound. I was poked very hard with the transvaginal wand and started bleeding. I'm not saying this was related, but who knows? It was unacceptable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh and when I called about the bleeding it was impossible to reach the front desk. Nobody answered. When they finally did after multiple calls...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you have an emergency, don't expect to be able to come in as soon as possible. they asked me to come in 3 hours later. Don't be fooled by the brand new office aesthetic. Yes it's clean and beautiful, but actual care is quite impersonal. From personal experience, the worse part of Contemporary women's care, is that the front desk/ customer service part is awful. Good luck trying to call and get an actual person to talk to you. Then when you get to speak to an actual person they're rude. My best friend used to go to contemporary women's care and when she was pregnant two years ago (long story short) she had a placental abruption and needed an emergency c-section. CWC/ her OBGYN didn't return her calls until a over a week after her emergency procedure. read more

I don't recommend this OBGYN at all. I became a new patient in May, and saw a really mean blonde lady who no longer works there. Since then, in fact, it seems like nearly all of the office staff has been replaced by new people. I have been trying all of November (and now leaking into December) to schedule an appointment to replace my IUD. it expires tomorrow and I am currently on hold with the office going on ten minutes just to ask for an update from billing. I will wait for as long as this line will ring because I need my IUD to be replaced and do not have time to become a new patient anywhere else. Staff is helpful once you get a hold of them, but they don't reach out to you even if they need information from you. read more

While this is a beautiful office. with fancy furniture and a spa like feel, don't be fooled. all they are after is your money. The front desk doesn't have any idea what's going on at all. No help whatsoever. They do not bill secondary and always want to over charge you. I've literally called my insurance in front of them at the time I was supposed to have a sonogram and my insurance tells them I'm not responsible, but they still try to charge me. So, since they didn't want to listen to my insurance, I left after they checked me in. They tried to charge me a $100.00 no show fee because they were wrong. I contacted them and said I'm not paying because I was there and you refused to see me because they wanted to charge me for something I wasn't responsible for. After taking care of that, I had to have a procedure done with Dr. Elbadri and was told it would be a $210.00 copay. I told them it wasn't right, my insurance said it was $430.00 and if that was the case I wasn't going to do it there and that I'd find another her dr that accepted/billed both insurances so I didn't have to pay anything. They told me it was only going to be $210.00 and I would get any other bill. So, I paid the 210.00 and was waiting for my primary insurance to process the claim so I could send it to my secondary insurance. Here we are a month later and they are telling me I owe $230.00 more and if I don't pay it, the doctor will not see me even though the lab results show something irregular. They made the mistake and even though I was very clear that if the procedure was going to cost more I'd go elsewhere, they still won't make the situation right. This is not good medicine. This is dangerous medicine. I understand doctors need to be paid for their services but if a patient makes it clear to the dr, the biller and the scheduler that they are not willing to pay over a certain price and you guarantee it's not going to be more, you should honor that. The manger won't get on the phone. The biller said they would cancel my follow up since I'm not willing to pay and I'd have to speak to the manger. So, now I have to make an appointment with another doctor that can tell me where to go from here since I already have the results. Just very unprofessional and unethical. After making this post. I received a text message from the office telling me the only way I can see the dr is by paying the $230 that they originally said I didn't owe and an additional 76.23 for a follow up. I contacted my insurance company ( who they are participating providers for) and they said my copay is $25.00 as stated on my card for a specialist. They will be calling them tomorrow to see where they came up with an extra 76.23. Just a lesson for everyone who just pays dr bills blindly. Ask questions. The absolute worst management/billing department. As for good provider care, I can only speak for Dr.Warren and she was always amazing. Stellar care from her throughout my past *4* pregnancies. As for the deliveries, I have had various doctors and the last 2 resulted in the SAME doctor (Dr.Evans) cutting my bladder...back to back. Which resulted in me literally paying for her mistake $2000, which by the way was the WRONG charge. They charged me $2021 for a c-section assist, for another Dr. to fix my bladder cut, except I SIGNED a legally binding contract that stated I am a self-pay patient and my rate was $350 for a c-section assist. Oh and they sent me to collections for this bill I NEVER owed. Oh and it took me missing my 6-week checkup and 10 MONTHS to rectify the billing issue--or so I thought. I came back in June 2023 for my 5th pregnancy. Excited to see Dr. Warren and hopefully fix this billing issue. They notified me that I still had a balance even after I explained the mis-charge on their part. We agreed to settle all charges for $400, where I have a RECEIPT from them stating I have $0 as a patient responsibility. I then went on to sign and agree to the self-pay terms as I have in previous pregnancies. The next appointment comes and I now have another balance of $600 then $1200, then $241. I asked them which one was correct, and showed them I would be paying what I received and agreed to. They said "I don't know why you owe this amount". I said ok well I need an itemized bill so I can see what happened. They could never produce ANY itemized bills. They then proceeded to tell me, "Oops we sent you the wrong paper, its $500 more now", after a lot of going back and forth they said they would honor their mistake and give me the rate we originally agreed upon. They said after my appointment, they would help me resolve the billing issue and produce WHY I owed this amount. After my appointment, the office was closed for lunch and no one ever helped us. I had a zoom call appointment a week later where they told me the billing issue was being "looked into". I finally received a call about my billing issue a week after that, they told me "We don't know why you owe this amount, we are still looking into it". At this point, YOUR office made the billing mistake and was not willing to fix it. It should not take months to reconcile my account. Next appointment, they said I still owe $241 and that I needed to just pay it or I will not be seen by the doctor. Since this was a months-long issue I said I would stay until the issue was resolved since I was there in person and its nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. After going back and forth they said, ok now you owe $160, I said ok why? Where did this charge come from? No answer, all the billing answers I have ever gotten were "I don't know". Also, I ended up missing my appointment, the office closed early that day and everyone went home. Issue was not resolved. I decided to log into the portal to see if I could see anything billing related. This is where I saw they were charging me $250 for an old ultrasound, which I did indeed pay and was able to *produce a receipt that THEY sent me*. As well as the original mis-charge for the wrong c-section assist charge (which I was told was already removed), and a $50 cancellation fee, which I was told was already taken care of/removed since I did indeed cancel that appointment due to the wrong charge. I emailed Lina Lozano at PracticeAdmin@cwcmed.com who escalated the issue. She was helpful in relaying messages but could not get us the answers we needed. I produced all bills and receipts. This proved I should have the $0 balance which was agreed upon on 6/28/2023 when I paid to clear my account and bring it present. To my surprise she said she cannot access the portal and see my statements. I'm not sure how they handle ANY proper billing there if they cannot access my past statements. I had to do their job to prove my balance was clear! After emailing her to see if this would be resolved by my next appointment, I got an email stating they have decided to DISCHARGE ME AS A PATIENT. I have been a patient for 10+ years here. I have NEVER had a baby with another office and am now stuck looking for another provider mid-pregnancy. This is what awaits you at Contemporary Women's Care. I would NOT recommend this practice to ANYONE, and as I can see from their past reviews. Nothing will change. I also emailed her to ask about the billing issues and how it would be solved, she proceeded to tell me that I now owe $160...Which when I login to the portal my statement reads the old balance of over $2000. They have great doctors and clinical staff. However their front desk personnel definitely need more training on how to interact with patients as they are rude and try to overcharge for visits. Also they use an outsourced billing company which is frankly quite incompetent and don't know what they are doing. First I had a $40.00 credit on my account from an overpayment back in 2016. My $40.00 was refunded in March 2023, 7 years later! Apparently it takes their billing department 7 years to reconcile a patient's account. Pretty ridiculous! They should have paid interest with the $40.00 for holding that for 7 years. Secondly back to their front desk personnel, in February 2023 one rude front desk person told me that I had to pay their office a $50.00 co-pay for a visit with a nurse not with any of the physicians. I told her that this office never charged me before for any past nurse visits and my insurance never changed. I asked her to look at my past visit history and to call their billing manager. After waiting several minutes in their lobby the rep. told me that she can't reach anyone in billing and she can see I was never charged a co-pay in the past. However she said if I want to be seen at that time I have to pay $50.00 and if my insurance pays their office, then they will refund me. This is also with the $40.00 credit that was previously on my account that they had not yet refunded. Thinking back I should have walked out of that office and just scheduled a visit with my PCP office instead, but I did pay the $50 prior to the front desk rep. allowing me to see the nurse. A couple of weeks later I pulled the EOB from my medical insurance and saw this office also billed my insurance $50.00 for the visit and my insurance paid on the claim in March 2023. They were double dipping with the billing, they got the total charge from me the patient and billed my insurance the $50.00 and my insurance paid the allowable rate according to the in-network agreement. My insurance told me that I should not have been charged a co-pay for that visit. After several conversations over several months with their billing department promising that they will refund me my $50 but never doing so I then ended up reporting this office to the Florida Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau for double dipping. In July 2023 I finally decided to send an email to the Practice Administrator at practiceadmin@cwcmed.com and also one of their Practice Managers because the Administrator was out of the office at the time I sent the email. The Practice Manager responded and told me they mailed me a refund check on 6/01/23, and it currently is 6 weeks later. I stated back to the Practice Manager that I never received the refund. I also questioned if a check was ever issued on 6/01/23 in the first place because I have received correspondence from this practice before in the mail, so I find it odd that if a refund was issued on 6/01/23 why I never received it The Practice Manager she said she will reissue the payment this was on 7/13/23. In the end took this office 5 months to refund me my $50.00 co-pay that they never should have charged me in the first place. This was because I had to constantly send them messages asking about my refund, otherwise I am sure that I would have received it 7 years from now when they decided to get around to reconciling patient accounts. Like I first wrote their doctors and clinical staff are great! However, their front office staff is rude and is just trying to get money out of patients, and their outsourced billing department is pretty worthless and basically lie to patients. I decided to discontinue being a patient at Contemporary Women's Care. I now go to another GYN office for any future visits as I don't trust the business personnel or the billing department at Contemporary Women's Care. read more

Let me start by saying I've come to this practice for the past 3 years for my yearly Gyn exam. I've seen different doctors because every year when I've scheduled my appointment I was told that my doctor no longer comes to the Lake Nona office, so they would schedule me with someone else. No big deal as its just a yearly exam. Well, today I leave my office in enough time to arrive 5 minutes early, which was suggested from a text that I had rec'd earlier in the morning. I showed up at 1141 to the old office. I had to get back in my car and drive 0.3 miles to the new office. I arrived at 1148. I walked inside and she didn't even greet me. She said unfortunately I already "no showed" your appointment. She explained to me that the doctor was on call, that is why she had texted me earlier to make sure I was on time for my appointment. I explained to her that I never knew the office had moved. She said several emails were sent out. I checked my emails and I did not receive any emails regarding the move. I couldn't have been treated more poorly by these girls. Very young and both had a smirk on their face, almost laughing at me that I was so pissed about this. NO customer service whatsoever. I asked to speak to the office manager, to be told she wasn't there and I was handed her card with her phone number and email address. I was asked several times if I would like to reschedule the appointment. NO thank you!!! Look, I'm a 54 year old very responsible adult. I'm never late nor do I "no show" appointments and I wouldn't have been 3 minutes late to this appointment if the receptionist would have told me about the relocation at the time that I scheduled the appointment. I took an hour out of my day to be nothing but disappointed and to be treated NOT fair whatsoever. My time is just as valuable as any physicians time. I wait every single time I go to a doctors appointment. I don't raise hell or pitch a fit because of it, but because this doctor was on call and really shouldn't be scheduling clinic days on call days and thinks it's ok to be rude and brush off patients because she thinks her time is more valuable than others. BULLSHIT!!!! I would think twice about visiting this practice. Absolute worst customer service EVER!!!!!!! I recommend anyone that has experienced this kind of customer service with this office to call your insurance carrier and make a complaint. Too many complaints can result in a loss of contract. read more

Dr. Elbadri is the sweetest doc! She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes her time to answer questions/discuss options. This office is beautiful and has convenient parking. Front staff 4/5 stars. All in all, happy to have found my womens care doc since moving to Orlando. read more

Finding Dr. Warren was a gift. I am a survivor of medical abuse and working with a new doctor is often triggering for my medical trauma. However, Dr. Warren has been incredibly understanding, patient, and compassionate. I feel safe, seen, and heard when I'm with her compared to other providers. The doctors are great in this office. However, the business side/front desk staff need help. After multiple times calling to give them my new insurance (and being told they take my new insurance and scheduled appointment AND even rescheduled my appt) they texted me the night before my appointment and told me they do not take my insurance but I can pay the self pay fee of $261. I did not respond to the text (thinking they would just cancel my appt ) and they charged me with a $31 no show fee!! When I brought it up to the practice they said there is nothing they can do about it because it did not specifically say in the text they would cancel my appt. Disappointed read more

The absolute best of the best. I moved from California in October and needed a new OB/GYN, especially because I fell pregnant shortly after I arrived. I've seen both Dr. Koss and Dr. Warren and they are wonderful. I always leave the office feeling happy and looking forward to the next. I apologize for the long review but I cannot be the only patient who's been having issues. I've been a patient to this facility for years, I started seeing Dr Warren when they were located on Aloma and changed to Dr Evans at the current location. I recommend both doctors! The doctors themselves - 5 stars!! However....the reason I'm giving the rating I'm giving is due to the staff. Just in the past 2 months, I've had numerous issues with the staff, from scheduling problems to refilling medication that I use daily, to needing follow up appointments. I love Dr Evans, but her staff is causing me to rethink my GYN facility. On one occasion when I needed to refill a medication, my pharmacy tried reaching out to the office and the office REJECTED my refill. Something I use daily for the past year was rejected. I tried calling them and after 30 minutes of waiting on hold, I get told to leave a voicemail. After playing phone tag and using their app, I finally got my medicine. Another problem with the staff is scheduling. When you call their office, they have an automated voice recording that really pushes people to go online and do everything there. Fine. So I made my annual appointment with Dr Evans online. Well I get a call a couple hours later saying that the appointment time was no longer available. I call them back and reschedule for the same day but at another time, confirming it was good. The staff member who was scheduling me confirmed it would be good. The next day I get a call from her staff saying they overbooked her and they had to reschedule me AGAIN. Third issue - needing imaging done. At my annual visit, Dr Evans asked that I get imaging done because she felt something abnormal on my exam and I've been in extreme pain. I request an appointment for this with her staff, and they tell me I have to wait 1 MONTH to get the imaging done. I request the referral to get in earlier somewhere else. To make a long story short, the pain became unbearable while I had to wait for imaging and I ended up in the ER where they did my ultrasound and got the results in an hour. I tried calling to make a follow up appointment with my doctor to which her staff said "Feb 20th or March". I told the staff I already had something on the 20th and couldn't come in. I asked if I could drop off the imaging to the doctor and the staff member very rudely said 'yeah you can'. Again...the actual doctors are amazing...but the staff is rude, do the bare minimal to help, and you as the patient have to be an advocate or it won't get done. It's hard for me to leave because I love the doctors but when I'm primarily dealing with the staff, it's making me contemplate changing facilities. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Eldabari is nice BUT They seem to be just out for your money!! I called to set up an appointment for annual checkup and stupidly mentioned it wanted the appointment because there was a change in my cycle. Because I mentioned that my appointment went from being fully covered by my insurance to costing me $100 and they did exactly the same thing they would do for an annual checkup, actually less.. like a year later (very recent) I called with a simple question due to another change in my cycle. I spoke to a nurse and she told me she would have to talk to the doctor and get back to me. I waited days with no word from them. I called back to follow up and got voicemail and asked for a call back, nothing... I called two more times lastly leaving a very strongly worded voicemail and they finally called me back and apologized. The nurse then proceeded to "answer my question" but when she was saying had nothing to do with the question I asked and seemed like she didn't even remember what I asked and was just trying to come up with something to make it seem like she did.. because I didn't get an answer I was comfortable with I scheduled an appointment and had to pay another $100 (even though this could've been scheduled as an annual exam and been covered by my insurance). I asked since I'm paying this fee can they do an ultrasound, they said they can but if they do it today I'd had to pay a full fee but if I schedule for another day it will be covered by my insurance. I scheduled for another day, then the morning of my appointment they texted me saying my appointment was going to be over $200. I called the office to cancel the appointment and they proceeded to tell me there was going to be a cancelation fee. I explained this was not acceptable as they literally just told me the $ amount the morning of my appointment. They said they will get back to me and never did. Still haven't heard anything. read more

1. One of the physicians openly told me she doubted I could have an unmediated birth. Which I did by the way, I used Hypnobabies but she didn't care enough to ask how I was preparing for labor. 2. Same OB told me it was "not negotiable", that I would be given pitocin after delivery. Excuse me, I believe I have a say in my body's care. 3. I was scheduled incorrectly for a visit and used my work sick time for an appointment that had to be rescheduled... disorganized. 4. OB scheduled an induction when I was 37 weeks pregnant. She wanted to induce me at 40 weeks +1 day. I did not have any complications during pregnancy soooo I could definitely go past 40 weeks and a day. She didn't ask my preference or anything. Just assumed I would go with the flow. I delivered at 41 weeks and a day without any issues or being induced. 5. The OB NEVER used my name! Very impersonal. You do not get personalized care, you are definitely a number with this practice. 6. OB ordered an ultrasound at 38 weeks to see if the baby was still head down...and tried to charge me $60. They didn't tell me prior to the appointment money would be due. Also... my midwife could tell the baby was head down my feeling my stomach. Needless to say I did not deliver with this practice, I chose to use a birthing center and had a completely different experience. Finding a practice/center that knows your name and your desires is definitely important. Choose wisely. read more

Dr. Warren is awesome. However, her care team could use some compassion and customer training. In a well-oiled machine environment people work together to deliver a positive experience for the client. That is not the case with Ivy. I have never encountered a more unprofessional medical "professional". I drove back from Miami for an 11:15am appointment. Tried calling before appointment time to let them know I'm on my way and running about 10-15min behind. I received a call from Ivy at 11:21. I advised her I was 5 min away. She told me I need to arrive by 11:25. I drove as fast as I could and parked in front of building in front of their door at 11:26. Basically dragged stroller out put my baby in it and rushed in. I was inside by 11:28 and speaking to front desk by 11:29. They refused to help me or let me wait for next opening and were unwilling to even try to accommodate. I tried to speak to Dr. Warren was told she is too busy to speak to a patient. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a medical provider. She was extremely rude and I felt completely dismissed. Jennifer was sent out to speak to ne after waiting anout 10-15min. Jennifer, like Ivy Had zero empathy, compassion or understanding and started trying to belittle and disrespect me in front of her staff. Which did not appear to be a sign of strength but rather weakness. I would NEVER treat someone like that. ***DR. Warren if you are reading this, you were a pleasure and best of luck and blessings on your baby boy. I wish I could have spoken to you in person to express my dissapointment in your practice staff. Your staff is a direct reflection to your patients and sadly it's not a positive one. I am moving to a different provider after this and will encourage all whom I know to be aware of the businesses they choose to associate with to protect then from similar experiences. read more

I want to start by saying that I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I have zero complaints about the physicians themselves for the care they provided me during my most recent pregnancy. My primary doctor was Dr. Evans. She was always very sweet and if it wasn't for my horrible experience with the office I would have continued being her patient. The support staff, practices, and management are a mess. All calls are triaged through a voicemail system, which no one ever calls back. After being discharged from the ER when I was 32 weeks pregnant it took about 20 hrs to get someone to answer the phone and respond to my requests to make an appointment to see a dr. The manager at the time told me the reason for the voicemail system is because they have over 500 patients and can't possibly answer the phone and manage the patients in front of them. Most recently I had issues getting in touch with the office about FMLA paperwork and for billing issues. It took nearly 3 weeks to get a response after leaving several messages. The icing on the cake was being refused my postpartum appt over a $40 balance which I was trying to check with my ins company about and I had a 0915 appt which they claim my appt was for 0900. I checked in at 0916 and was told I was "outside my window". This isn't even all the problems I encountered. That practice is so poorly run that it doesn't matter how nice the doctors are. It is beyond frustrating as a patient to have to deal with the nonsense. I couldn't wait to never have to call the office again. They should be ashamed of themselves that they find this acceptable. After reading the google reviews I see I am not alone and these issues have been going on a long time. read more

The service received at this practice did not meet my expectations of professionalism or care. I felt much more like a number than a patient. There were multiple issues with my lab paperwork getting lost between either the office and/or labcorp. When I needed help with a UTI the time it took to get me antibiotics was unreasonable, I would have gotten better care at an urgent care facility. Finally, when I brought these concerns up to Dr. Snook she accused me of "beating her up" instead of acknowledging the issues and coming up with solutions to keep my business. I have since changed OBGYN practices because I simply expect more out of my doctor and their practice. read more

Not impressed. Unfortunately my wife had a miscarriage a couple of weeks ago. She was given the pill to help facilitate the removal of the fetus. The pill did not take and she was still facing complications. I do not blame the office for the pills failure, but their response to this matter has been utterly crap at best. First my wife called them to explain she was still bleeding heavily after a week, the receptionist or nurse said they would call back in 30 minutes to see if they can get her in to see a doctor, otherwise she would need to go to ER. 30 minutes go by and no response, my wife left a voicemail. Did not receive a response for 1.5 hours in which the next available time to see a doctor was not till later in the day. Went to appointment and got prescribed the same pill again and some pain killers for the pain. Went to pharmacy and only the pill was sent over and not the pain killers, it is now past 5pm and the office is closed. Called this morning and got them to send over the pain killer prescription to the pharmacy. Had to call back as fever spiked to 102-104f, left a voicemail and awaiting a response. So far their response with a situation in which a person might need to go to an ER has been terrible. read more
