I brought my cavapoo to them and they did an amazing job! He smelt so good, his nails were cut and dremeled, ears were cleaned out, and obviously, his hair was cut. They did exactly what I wanted. We have used this place three times. The first two times we weren't thrilled with the results, but they were acceptable. This was the third time and will be the last. As you can see from the pictures, they basically massacred my sweet puppy, who is still jumpy from the experience. Not only did they cut her down to her skin, there are patches on her side that are now scabbed from being shaved raw. This place is a true disgrace. read more

I've been going to this groomer for 13 yrs. The original owner Theresa,Was the best groomer ever! For the past year I've been taking my dog Prince to get his hair cut very short and the face cut short ,but round. I went to pick up my dog and did not even recognize him. The new Owners, claim they had to cut it this short, because Prince was resisting the cut around the face. He looks like a fox/ fawn! Believe it or not he's a pure Yorkie! He couldn't even keep his eyes open like they worked him over. I will never bring my dog back there again!! read more

I took my dog here for the second time since we had such a great experience the first time. He is a Yorkipoo and weighs a little over 9 pounds. The first time I took him his hair was long and matted but charged me $65 shaving him. After I picked him up the other day, the price was "$85"... I was stunned! I asked her why didn't she tell me before where I dropped him off. I was faithfully combing his hair twice a day and he had two tiny matted fur areas, you could have just clipped off. I told her this time I didn't want him shaved but just trimmed and the belly area shaved. She gave me every excuse of how hard it was and how he screamed when she brushed him. I had him for almost two years and he never screamed once for me, which makes me think about how hard she was doing this. Anyway she then said he barked non stop (which I am sure that he did) but that he pooped all over the cage... he was there though for 6-7 hours, where was he suppose to relive himself? I told her I didn't like the extra change and that I wouldn't be back. She could have cared less and just said "ok".... So disappointed:-(. I have four Shih Tzu and have been using Continental Grooming Salon for the past 13 years. They are outstanding! People stop me to ask where my dogs are groomed. We always had a special first visit for pups so they could get used to the; environment, people, tools, and goings-on; touching the pads with the scissors without cutting, etc... Over the years, that paid great dividends. They all love their 'spa day' and happily and confidently trot into the shop with their tails wagging. Viola and her staff are wonderful with each and every dog and my girls always receive compliments from friends, family, and strangers alike. I am grateful that dogs brought to their shop are the recipients of such compassionate grooming by individuals who truly care for the overall welfare of animals. This lady was beyond rude and short with me i will never come back here again. As a customer i expect to be greeted at the door and have all of my questions answered and that's exactly the opposite of what i received here. This woman was careless and disrespectful with a customer and i wouldn't dare bring my dog here. She needs a huge lesson in customer service and being a decent human being. Two thumbs DOWN. read more
