All I am going to say about Freeway Insurance is, it's not worth it!…read more When we first got a policy, the person that helped us did everything wrong. Instead of giving us a 30 day policy to pay after 30 days like she said we did. We received a phone call 15 days later asking for our monthly payment. We stopped and said! We just got the policy 15 days ago, we just gave $360 3 weeks ago! So I decided not to pay until I could speak with a manager, nothing was resolved, and all they could say was she input all the information wrong, she lied and said we also had a $500 deductible, but it was at $1000. At this point I was already upset, and went searching for a better insurance carrier. Also be aware that Freeway has all these broker fees, so if you need to make a change to you're policy, you will be charged every time a broker fee, even if it's something as small as changing you're address, they want a broker fee, they could charge whatever they want, it could be $40 or $100 or more or less for the change. I've never had such a terrible experience before with insurance. To charge every time to make a change to policy. That is just ridiculous!! My advice, go with a real insurance carrier, you will be better off, and you'll be saving in you're Purse or Wallet.

I wish there could be MORE than 5 stars, I would give it a thousand fold…read more.. My problem with Medicare was resolved! I only got the 'run-around' from other people until I met Gilbert, at Lucero Benefits Services. Gilbert Lucero is a dedicated and truthful person who can be trusted and will never lie nor deceive his clients. [This is so very rare in these stressful times!] All my closest friends whom I've known for decades have trusted him, he has always come through. And while we live in a world of scammers and cheaters, who take advantage of the elderly and anybody else in their deluded paths, LUCERO BENEFITS SERVICES is a company to be trusted for all time. When one really knows the truth of a matter, and, when one truly knows he or she is not being deceived or lied to, there is no place else to escape. Liars and deceivers will tell anyone a LIE for the sake of their own selfish and parsimonious content. Feel some relief, Gilbert is your man . . .

Today we attended a tax seminar hosted by Marshall Life & Financial Solutions (MLFS). Victoria…read moreMarshall opened the session with brief remarks, followed by Adrien Barajas as the lead presenter. From the outset, the presentation was incoherent. Adrien jumped erratically between topics, clipped terminology mid-sentence, and attempted to showcase expertise through jargon that ultimately backfired. His use of a graph depicting tax history and national debt felt performative rather than informative--a clear turnoff. Mentions of Roth conversions were casually dropped, seemingly to entice attendees into future consultations rather than to educate. At no point did either presenter cite their professional credentials, nor are any verifiable designations listed on their website. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the material presented. The venue--a community room at the local library--was poorly maintained. We were forced to relocate due to visibly dirty tables and stained surfaces. The acoustics were equally problematic: excessive echo and ambient noise severely undermined any attempt at meaningful communication. It's unclear why MLFS couldn't secure a venue that meets basic health and presentation standards--such as a clean, carpeted hotel conference room with proper sound insulation and equipment. Victoria encouraged attendees to grab snacks as the session approached lunchtime, triggering a chorus of crinkling bags and chewing that further disrupted the already fractured delivery. Overall, this seminar failed on every metric: content quality, presenter skill, venue hygiene, and professional credibility. Within 15 minutes, we were compelled to leave--astonished by the lack of coherence and institutional rigor. It was, without exaggeration, the most poorly executed seminar we've ever attended.
