Convenient MD was understaffed, I went 3 days in a row to avoid paying a $400 co pay that i have to pay at the ER. Just to get an X-ray. Well it seems they X-rayEd my lumbar spine when I clearly said that I fell on my thoracic spine. And they said the X-rays were negative. not only the NP but the X-ray tech who looks at the X-rays after. Trying to get a copy for my orthopedic doctor 2 days later was not possible because, again there was no one on staff that could do this. I was sent to Bedford NH where they made me a copy, returned to Nashua for my appointment one hour later. My doctor had to take new images of my thoracic spine where she found a compression fracture, clearly seen even by me on the X-ray s. No I would never go there again! The money I "saved" which I will pay after all +, was not worth the pain I've been going through... I will say, the staff were all very friendly and courteous. Just too busy!! read more

I came to this office to get tested for Covid-19 and it was made very easy and done in a timely manner. The provider and I knew my result would probably be negative but she still was able to treat me the best way she could from my car. They prescribled an inhaler and a cough medicine, and when I wanted a spacer for my inhaler, I called back the office and they called it into the pharmacy SUPER fast. They indeed are "convenient". I would rate the customer servicet the reception as a 10, but the service itself is definitely 1 because I became so stressed, and terribly upset. Most countries offer coved-19 testing free because it is a pandemic issue, we are all trying to control it and hopefully reduce the rate of mortality associated with this virus. As I am flying out back to UK and a negative result is required, I paid $150 for a test, first $165 was demanded when I arrived but I reiterated that on doxy.me evaluation and the preceding phone call booking, I was told $150. This was acknowledged. In UK, coved test is free in most places. The shock and poor service came from trying to get my results, I went from pillar to post, from calling Convenient MD Nahua after I was alerted my results were available on text and email but only got discharge notes with no result, to being advised to register on a Labcorp patient portal and still no result. I was on the phone for hours and fretting because I am now due to fly out. I spent the best part of my evening on day 3 chasing result i had a cold more of a upper respiratory symptom, cough, running nose etc and although I knew it wasn't Covid but I was coughing too. So the test was paramount. I was on the phone again the following day, Sunday, Labcorp doesn't open on Sundays, so I reverted calling Con MD Nashua, now after about 30 minutes, I was in tears, how do I get home with no covid test result, considering I made this clear for a paid test. Finaly got through and was given the good news of a negative result and that they no longer use a Labcorp, they have their own laboratory but I need proof, I was asked to come and pick it up, that is about 35 mins drive, I asked if it can be emailed. I hadn't packed a single bag, worried that I might have covid since I am coughing but not all true covid symptoms it is a cold. All communication from Con MD Nashua still had links sent out to check results on Lab corp patient portal. i was so worked up by the time I accessed The Londonderry branch. Thankfully, they were able to give a printout copy. Normally, I would request my money back for a poor service, I had no energy left to pursue anything. Please review the service, delete link to Labcorp if you have yours, really give a good service. What is worth doing at all, is worth doing well. The stress of a very poor service and the faulties with your system. Your system doesn't recognise username nor allow you to login effectively, then the service passwords needed that are not recognised and finally the links to a laboratory you don't even use. So I score you with one star for opening up and maybe you may just be helpful to someone else. Thanks Kennie read more

ConvenientMD in NASHUA, NH has been excellent, each time I've visited their establishment. The doctor and staff were very kind, helpful and very intelligent. There was almost no wait to get in to see the doctor. All the staff and doctors were friendly, and made me feel warmly welcomed. I am impressed by their staff, doctors, and the cleanliness of the establishment. Also, their website has a nice, easy way to get on their list ahead of time. They accept insurance, and their prices are affordable. The hours of operation are very convenient. I highly recommend ConvenientMD for your medical needs. read more

BEWARE OF SIGNING ANYTHING, especially if you are asked to sign on an electronic pad. My visit to this facility was okay, which is the only reason I am giving this a 2 star. Every receptionist and nurse I encountered were good. The doctor on call though thinks he is very funny (not), and quite condescending. But the real reason I am bothering to write this review is because of their apparent right to make AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWALS from your bank account! I was asked to pay a $25 copay at the time of my visit, which I did. Weeks later I received a statement and then realized the withdrawal on my bank statement and immediately called their billing department to complain about an unauthorized withdrawal. I was informed that at the time of my visit I did sign authorization to be treated, receipt of privacy information, and gave my credit card information authorizing them to hold it for future billing. All this was supposedly told to me by the office staff there. I do not believe this to be the case, I would not have paid with a card, I would have paid CASH instead. read more

They advertise Free flu shots. I have never had to pay for a flu shot anywhere with my insurance. I got bills today for a $50.00 copay for each member of my family. I asked when we got there if there was a charge for the flu shot since I had insurance and was told flu shots are free. What they didn't tell me is that they charge a huge urgent care facility charge. $200.00 later I have learned that I will NEVER go there again. Also, the bill that I received was dated 10 days ago and says they will charge me tomorrow. Not even time to tell them what I think of them before they charge me. What a SCAM!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Very friendly staff, but a complete waste of time. Doctor didn't even look at my foot, and, after an X-ray, suggested that I rest it for a few days, even though the injury happened several months ago. Said to go to another doctor in a few days if it wasn't feeling better. Save yourself the time and money and just go somewhere else. read more

All I needed was a pre-employment drug screen (which I passed) so I got there when it opened. I was waiting in line to enter (with several CovTards in to get a rapid Cov test) and counted @ 6 people ahead of me. Told the moron at the front desk what I was there for and gave her my ID. She stuck a post-it note on it with my employers name and placed it on the counter. I sat for @hour and ten minutes. I observed a number of people come and go and many trips by nurses out to cars to do covid swabs. Then I heard a nurse say that one of the people (who was a ahead of me in line) hadn't been registered. So I walk over to see my license still just sitting there. TURNS OUT ALL THE GIRL HAD TO DO WAS LOOK IN A FOLDER!!!! After I yelled at her they got me in next (30 minutes later) This place is a joke the girls out front are idiots and they have people walking in symptomatic to register for a Covid swab in the car!!! read more

Walk in......and wait.....and wait......and wait. I was there over three hours for a total of seven minutes with the Dr. They need to do something about this. Perhaps an online booking system? This would make it more comfortable for the patient and not having sock people congregating in the waiting room. Doubt I'll go there again. read more

Brought my six year old in for a minor illness. We waited TWO hours to be seen. Nobody mentioned any wait time. When i asked, they only knew my place in line...no estimated wait. It was far less convenient than waiting for his regular pediatrician. I will not even consider visiting again. The care was great but not worth that kind of a wait. read more

Arrived around 12:30 p.m. with my teenage son, who had an arm injury from skiing. Waited over about 70 minutes to get into triage. There were not many patients (2-3) in waiting room when we arrived. I don't know if this is a new location and everyone was new to their job/profession, but it seemed very "hokey". I had to ask for his xray images to take to the orthopedic doctor for follow up. I've never had to ask for that before. Not sure if they do things differently in the northeast (we just moved from TX, although we are originally from MA). But when you're diagnosed with a radius fracture, it seems to make sense to give the patient their images for follow up with a specialist. So after we were done, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the images. We finally left at 3p.m. We will never go back here. I'll give them 2 stars because everyone was friendly. But I think they need to look up "urgent" in the dictionary. read more
