What went wrong: Promised deliverables never showed up within the agreed timelines Key milestones kept getting pushed back without clear explanations Important details were always vague or changed from conversation to conversation They talked a big game (200+ prospects! 30-40 calls!) but couldn't show the systems to back it up Critical items like templates, LinkedIn sequences, and reporting were never properly addressed No real accountability when deadlines were missed People just ghosted from the team without explanation The bottom line: I needed a marketing partner who could execute a time-sensitive, professional campaign.
