Not sure what that is about. The one time I needed front office to obtain pre-approval they were pretty lazy about it. I had to call the insurance myself to get things rolling. I made complaint to the Dr personally, but he just sided with his staff. At that point I figured he didn't need or want to see me again.

It seemed like the dentist didn't take the pain I…read morewas experiencing seriously, and the appointment felt more focused on pulling the wrong teeth than addressing what I was feeling. I asked about pain relief and whether I could get a prescription for 600 mg Tylenol (similar to what I was given previously), but instead I was offered ibuprofen from the assistant personal stash. That added insult to injury to insult as I can buy that myself. I was expecting to be told how I could manage the pain like alternate motrin with Tylenol something more than the dismissive way we were handled today. I was given antibiotics, hope the work like quick cause I've been in pain for a week now just trying to figure out how to manage without taking my head off. I was also frustrated that the assistant never came in, to discuss anything when she came in we had been waiting for about 20 minutes, long enough for me to make an Ad and post it. I didn't feel like I was truly heard. but the overall care felt cold and dismissive.In addition I don't have insurance yet, so I had to pay out of pocket. I expected better communication and support. I won't be going back. I can't tell you where to go, but I can tell you where not to go.

When I first visited, I had what I felt was a dental emergency. Dr Spearman was able to see me within 1 hour of my call. That visit required some rather extensive work which Dr Spearman was able to complete in about 4 hours and allowed me to return home in comfort. Dr Spearman created for me an absolutely perfect bridge of three teeth that snaps in and out easily and is absolutely invisible. Now that my work is completed there is room for you.

Dr…read more Jordan prepped two teeth for crowns yesterday, putting two temp crowns on with ease but later in the evening, my top lip starting swelling a little bit. I wrote it off because there was a bit of soreness from the numbing injections. Well, this morning my top lip, on that side, was swollen and it was sticking out about half an inch (see photos)!! I called the office at 8:21 and had to leave a voice message. 1:00 rolls around & no one called me back , so I called back. Left another message. One of his staff finally called me back just to say another staff member needs to call me... fine, that's okay. 3:38, I call back and a live person does answer but by this time I was livid. The person I spoke to told me to come on in & they would see me. One of his assistants said to me, "well, the lady that was suppose to call you back had been very busy with patients" and I prompted said that I'm a patient too! Now, my pharmacy closes at 4:30 so at 4:26, Dr. Jordan said he would call them so I had to fly like a bat out'ta hell to get there in time! I have NEVER had any swelling before so I don't know what has caused it this time. Dr. Jordan said it may be ulcers trying to form at the injection sites.... how & why?!?! Like I said, I don't have an issue with Dr. Jordan and I'll keep going back but I had better have nothing but positive experiences from now on! P.S. It took 40 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left!
