Got a new set of acrylics. Got charged extra $5 for shape. (which should be a part of the service) extra $10 for long. Which were not long . Then $20 for gel. just be prepared to pay all the extra fees for a service you are already paying for. read more

Tried this nail salon 3 different times and each time was horrible. Told them I wasn't satisfied with the work and they didn't fix it so I don't recommend this salon at all. My nails was very thick and blocky when I tried to tell the man doing them he would keep going and not fix the errors. They ended up being lumpy and the polish was all over my cuticles read more

I've been looking for a new nail place in Conway, and I think I've found it! I get a lot of anxiety from getting my nails done, because I always feel like I don't know the terminology and worry about having bad social interactions because of it. This place was amazing. They gave me exactly what I wanted and for a really good price. I got a complimentary Sprite and 25% discount on my first visit. The facility is also super gorgeous with beautiful chandeliers. There was no forced conversation -which is especially important for me. I hate having to sit through an awkward small talk conversation. The music was pleasant and front desk was super nice. I was a walk-in and only waited for maybe 2 minutes, but they also do appointments. Love my nails!! read more

I've came here before I had a good experience, but this time was not the best. My nails look awful. They look like they didn't try very hard. They were in a big rush to get us out. I went with a friend and her nails are not the way she wanted them either. Their register was not working as well and they didn't have cash. The past few times I've been they have been nothing but rude! I will ask for something super simple and it can't be done! I just wanted my nails to be polished to the edges but when I asked I was immediately told no. No? You mean to tell me I payed $60 for my fingernails to look like they're floating. I have been here multiple times and never had any issues and always loved my nails. Today I went in and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail bar / salon. I got a pedicure with a callus removal and the guy working on my pedicure used so much callus removal cream on my feet. He used so much that he rubbed it into my toes and massaged it into my lower legs, the CALLUS REMOVAL CREAM. During this time, he is over following the little tub for your feet and stops working on my feet, to mop up the water mess all while the callus removal cream it sitting on my feet and legs. Well he ultimately gave me a chemical burn in between my toes. I complained to management and they tried to blame it on me for having more thin skin in between my toes. They still made me pay for the service even though it was not done well and I got burned. I just suggest caution when going to this nail salon. This place is nice and seems somewhat clean. Every time I go it's a different price. Today I decided to ask for the basic pedicure, $35, just to see what I would end up paying. I got gel also so I anticipated $40-$45. I got nothing extra besides one polish color and basic nail filing. It was $55! I was there less than 30 minutes. My daughter and I have gone in before and received the mid range pedi for both of us and left paying $80 plus tip. So I have no clue how they come up with their pricing. It's very weird. read more

First I walked in wanting Hailey bebier nails. He asked if I wanted dip I said no I want acrylic, then he asked me again and I said I want acrylic, but then asked again so I said dip is fine. When I asked for chrome he said that would be 20$ more. I understand chrome is a design and will cost more but 20$ more is ridiculous. starting off by saying my nails are really good. But when i got there 7-8 minutes late due to traffic they said they called me, giving me a phone number not even close to mine. That they had given my appointment away. So, i got someone else to do mine. Which i was super excited about how they were turning out and looking. Up until i got the bill that is. I was charged for full set, then charged for French tip (they just simply painted the tips of my nails nothing crazy) then charged for the shape, then charged for the length (my nails are short because i cant do long nails.) so my bill went from reasonable to very overpriced in a hurry. Everyone around me says they think they were trying to charge me for being late because that is the only thing that makes sense. I love my nails and was super excited to try this place but i will not be back if i will continue to be charged for every single thing they do to the nails on top of a base price. I walked in and was asked what I wanted done. I Said I wanted a full set and was asked if I wanted acrylic or dip and I asked what the difference was and they said dip was better for your nails. When I sat down, the guy asked again what I wanted and I said Full set with dip powder and he asked did I want long or short and I said short. Needless to say, all he did was put dip powder over my existing nails. He did a good job on them but it wasn't what I asked for. When I talked to the lady at the desk she said that I have to specifically ask for tips. Um, why would he ask if I wanted them long or short if there wasn't supposed to be a tip put on? I also called and tried to talk to someone after I left and they told me the same thing. When asked if I can come in and have them fixed with the tips put on later in the week, I was advised that they only guarantee the nails if they chip or break but the 100% satisfaction guarantee they state is not true and that if I wanted them redone then I would have to pay for it. read more
