I wish I could, like the rest I've read, offer a glowing review of Robert Galluccio but I simply…read morecan not. I found the communication, or lack thereof, by Galluccio and his office to be unprofessional, a complete misrepresentation of handling with regard to my case and not at all what one should expect from an attorney/client relationship. Most disappointing was Galluccio treating my case as insignificant in comparison to his other cases. After showing up to court nearly 2 hours late without notification to me or the court from him or his office, I questioned his dedication to my case to which Robert Galluccio responded IN COURT and quite arrogantly, "I've got other cases in other courts. It's not just you sweetie," which I then and still take personal offense to. My case may not have been a kidnapping or murder case but his services were services I paid for and that alone deserves more from my attorney than I received. I was not looking for daily hand holding, but a routine follow-up of details pertaining to my case as warranted. It's what he claimed to offer and not all what I got. I am incensed with Robert Galluccio and his office and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!

He is in bed with some builders and realtors and I am not sure what is going on. I think the builder is building shoddy places while the realtor and this attorney are collecting fee after fee. I will be sending my complaint to the department of banking as well because I think something is wrong with this man. He is not professional by any means and the geniuses at his office cost me over a month on a simple closing. I could not be more disappointed with his services. He doesnt even man up and let you know they dropped the ball. To this day I still have no idea what he looks like or sounds like. When you pay someone $1500 in a fee I think a 25 second phone call would be nice, or maybe start by returning one of the 800 messages. SHADY!

I would highly suggest to anyone reading this review that you do not choose to engage Frank Coppa…read more After the experience I just had, I wouldn't choose him for any legal matter whatsoever even if he was the only lawyer on planet Earth. Without going into a highly-detailed description of his utter failure, I will summarize as follows: He took absolutely no action on an extremely simple, straight-forward matter that could have been completed in an hour if he was any good; His communication was poor, severely lacking and totally unacceptable; He provided zero follow-thru in any way whatsoever to move the matter forward in even the slightest way; He did not give any indication that he was not interested in taking on the task and did not want to do it; His utter failure of taking action and communicating effectively took place even after I communicated the need to reach completion in a timely manner; After two months of complete inaction, I informed him I was soon to have open heart surgery, which he later referred to as not hearing from me and as reason to not move ahead at all concerning the matter we had discussed; It took a call from my 87 year-old mother (who wanted to get involved since the matter largely concerned her) for him to email me saying "I don't think I can assist" (because he'll be out of the office for a few weeks) and that "timing appears to be a concern" (after initially being contacted over 5 months previously) and "given the constraints" (referring to the "sudden" urgency) we should contact one of two other lawyers he recommends. My recommendation: DO NOT CONTACT THIS PERSON FOR ANY LEGAL MATTER.

Joe Mecca is everything you would ever want in a lawyer, and more…read more Intelligent and Strategic: Joe knows the law and he uses his knowledge to strategically handle your case and get the results you need. Work ethic: Joe always responds to my emails or calls in an extremely timely manner. There have been multiple times when Joe helped me well outside of "normal business hours." It was clear that Joe was working very hard on my behalf, and he would spend time outside of the office to work on, and think about, my case. I was consistently impressed with how quickly Joe could turn things around and get things done. Excellent writer: So much success in our legal system depends on the written word, and Joe's legal writing is excellent. He is thorough, detailed, and many times he articulated the facts better than I had explained them to him. Having read documents from other lawyers, it is obvious that Joe's writing is many levels above the rest. Networking: Legal success depends on how well your lawyer knows the other lawyers, judges, clerks, and everyone else in the legal system. Joe seems to know everyone, and more importantly, when you see how his peers interact with him, it is clear that he is very well respected and highly regarded. There were several times when I told people that Joe was representing me, and they asked me to please tell Joe they said hello. These interactions made me feel proud to be Joe's client. Ethical: Personally, the thing that I respect the most about Joe is that he will always tell you the reality of the situation. At every stage during my case, he always told me what to expect. He always set my expectations, and he never inflated any possible outcomes. I respect that Joe made sure that my expectations were realistic, thus enabling me to make informed, intelligent decisions about my case. Last, and possibly the best measure of Joe's abilities would be that at every step in my case, Joe was able to get me what I wanted. I was always pleased with the outcomes and in the end, I would simply say, Joe won my case for me.
