Next afternoon, he showed up and asked if he could get started. Yessir! Let's make momma happy! His crew was respectful and friendly. They were in and out in about 2 hours, and my yard was cleaned up as best as possible for what I asked for. He did exactly what he said he would, and even cut up the logs for me. I called him and explained the issue, and he was completely dismissive, saying that he only works for the customer and it's too bad if the rest of us (over 100 cars per day) can't see around the corner. I had to follow up with the city, who determined that the fence was not built according to the permit. American Heritage still hasn't addressed the issue, but when they do, I'm curious whether they will do so at their own expense or whether they'll charge the neighbors extra to move the fence. Either way, I would never hire this company to build a fence for me.

I and the property management company indicated to them that only a single particular tree was to be removed. Rodney's Tree Service correctly removed the desired pine tree, but then proceeded, without authorization, to remove a healthy 50' White Oak tree that provided shade for the home and also some 'debris' located across the yard, which of course added additional charges. This was and has been a very disturbing experience as well as a hit to the value of the property. I am searching for an attorney that will recoup my losses. I do NOT RECOMMEND RODNEY'S TREE SERVICE as they can't follow directions provided to them.
