If I could leave negative stars I would, there was a water leak NOT FROM ME from the park. This is how they left my yard, I asked how am I supposed to get in my shed as a run a business and need to access my printers and the guy asked me if I live in my shed. The management and staff are not helpful and truly don't care about any issues. You can never speak to anyone when you call for help because nobody answers the phone or returns your calls. This property is poorly taken care of. There's a winter storm happening and the plow showed up at 3:40 PM. People have to get out to go to work and I was stuck at the end of the driveway for 5 minutes at least making me late for work. As a home health care provider, that's not a job to be late for. When I got home he was finally here and I asked if he could be here before 7 AM and I explained what I do for a living. His response was to "tell the old lady she has to wait ". What?? if you want a place to live where every request is ignored and communication is horrible and nothing gets fixed. I don't own my home so it's their job to fix outstanding issues I've been here two years and I would never ever recommend this company. my tub is cracked and leaking under my house. my front door won't open they tore down my deck and replaced it with steps and a railing that broke two days in. they never cleaned the trash from doing this. they also refuse to put gravel where the porch used to be. I've asked for my air ducts to be cleaned and insulation checked and the list goes on. completely unacceptable read more
