These cookies are not only cute, they're delicious. Which is incredible! I've had cookies like these before where they look so "instagramable" but then they're hard as a rock and not super tasty. Cookie Zoo makes a great cookie! The service is wonderful, they even deliver! This is definitely my new go-to for whenever I need something pretty and tasty for an event !

Whitney - the owner and creator of cookies that look too good to eat and actually taste as good as they look - is AMAZING!! I was going to a dear friend's baby shower and thought it would be nice to bring some cute cookies. This sweet idea popped into my head a couple days before the baby shower though. Who am I gonna call??? The Cookie Zoo!!!! I did some online searching/Yelping and came across The Cookie Zoo; I am so glad I did!! I perused their website and was wowed by the various cookie designs! Whitney said my order could be done by the next day! YESSSSS!!! The ordering process was super simple. I let Whitney know the color schemes and let Whitney do her cookie magic. You can tell she is very experienced and talented at what she does!! Whitney was easily accessible through phone and email, and quickly responded to my initial inquiry! When I picked up the cookies, Whitney was flexible with the timing. If it was after hours, she was going to leave the cookies at Kanamaroo Indoor Playground for me to pick up. When I saw the cookies, I was blown away at how adorable they were!! Whitney was so sweet, she packed me a small bag of the sugar cookie scraps so I could taste how good the cookies were! These sugar cookies have the perfect amount of butter, sweetness, and light texture to them! I am definitely going to keep The Cookie Zoo in mind for future special events and occasions!! I've been ordering cookies from Cookie zoo for over 6 years from my youngest daughters college graduation party to my eldest daughters first baby shower granddaughter's birthdays. Latest to my daughters second baby shower!! They are always very professional kind never has let me down !!

Beautiful cookies and exceptional customer service! I ordered a tray of cookies and treats for Mother's Day and they were prompt, friendly, and very helpful. I ordered cookies from Cookie Zoo for my son to ask his girlfriend to Homecoming. Whitney was so helpful with a cookie arrangement and came up with what the cookies would say and how they would look. Wow, wow, and WOW!! Seriously, mind blown away! I ordered a $65 custom birthday cookie tray with brownie bites for my Daughter's 11th birthday. As I work a lot and attend school as well, I am such a procrastinator and have a terrible habit of waiting until the last minute to get things done! I got in touch with Cookie Zoo on Monday and after corresponding for most of the day, I was finally able to speak with Whitney once I got out of work. I sent her the image I was looking to have done for my Daughter's cookies. She requested "Hooty" cookies from the Disney show "Owl House." I sent over the image I was looking for and was informed that the tray could in fact be done by Wednesday (the day of my Daughter's birthday). Wednesday afternoon, I headed over to Cookie Zoo to pick up my order and when I saw what they had created, it was beyond my expectations and I was speechless. Not only did they create the exact replica I sent over, they incorporated other birthday themed cookies as well. The cookies and brownies all taste so good and my Daughter was so happy! I highly recommend this company. So many good things to say about this company. I searched a few other companies and prices as well. I was in search of 300 PAC-MAN cookies, from the first phone call with the owner, Whitney, to the end result was a positive experience. Whitney asked that I send her some "inspiration" photos and from there the price was great and delivery and the finished product was superb. The cookies look amazing, were a hit at the event and so many we received many compliments about how they were so fresh and had the right amount of sweetness. Thank you, Cookie Zoo!

The girls at Cookie Zoo did such an amazing job helping me out in a time pinch!! I wanted to have customized Candyland cookies made for a project at my job and needed them quick (literally in less than two days). I called them up and they were more than willing to get these done for me and didn't even mention the very little time frame. The picture doesn't do them justice! They were soooo adorable AND tasty! I was nervous they were just going to be pretty and not taste too good but I was totally wrong. They were the 'melt in your mouth' type of good! My co-workers could get enough of them not could I. this is the best place to order cookies from. we have an office of about 30 people and when we have orders from other places there has always been left over cookies for the next day. I called Whitney Monday morning and needed the cookies Thursday not remembering it was Valentine's Day! I was going out of town and needed the cookies for a friends baby shower and Whitney was able to squeeze my order in and take care of me! These cookies are addicting!! My friend wanted to keep so many at her house rather than take them to the shower and she isn't a big fan of cookies but she loved them! They were so cute too! Got an assorted cookie/brownie tray from a vendor, and the fancy bow was about the only exceptional thing about it. If you're sending things to a customer, it should look professional and pretty - this looked like the kind of dessert tray I've brought to pot lucks. The brownies were good, but funny that an ex employee's review said they use Ghirardelli box mix, because I actually thought they were just like boxed brownies. It was a good variety of unfortunately pretty dry, mediocre cookies. And for the record, I've already forgotten the name of this vendor's company, so the cookie basket obviously didn't leave much of an impression. read more

As a business owner, I've used The Cookie Zoo for years to show my customers how much I appreciate their loyalty. My favorite time to send cookie treats is Valentine's Day, to set myself apart from the deluge of Christmas gifts. My second favorite is Halloween for the same reason. I have been a customer of Cookie Zoo since my first taste of Whitney's amazing cookies in 2000. The most delicious variety of cookies, from sugar cookies, gingerbread and brownies. Their attention to detail and presentation is first-class! We deliver them every holiday season to many of our colleagues, who rave about how much everyone loved them! Always a hit for get togethers or just because. Whitney also prepared a custom order with a photograph on every cookie for an event our office sponsored. The cookies were on trays and she prepared small giveaway bags with a trio of the cookies and a beautiful ribbon. Ms. Whitney was great! When another cookie place told me they needed at least 3-4 weeks notice in advance, I felt hopeless until I discovered the cookie zoo. They responded to my request really quick and was fully understanding the details I needed on the cookie design! Friendly and professional even on the phone without meeting her. Easy to communicate via email as well since we needed to see the images as references. Her homemade cookies are delicious!! Established in 1992.

From swap meets, to networking groups, several local business memberships, participation in community events to having my own shop on Sunset for 21 years. A lot has changed over the years from my original idea of a "cookie card" that was sent to every single zoo in the US (with zero orders) to expanding our menu to include new flavors, new edible creations, new packaging and always listening to our customers!

I picked up some of the donuts, ube tres leches, and a box of the crinkle cookies. Everything was so good! And as my in-laws say, "not too sweet!" The ube crinkle cookies were better in my opinion, soft and crumbly with a nice ube flavor in the center. Both items were on the sweeter side, and I usually don't like very sweet desserts, so that may just be a personal preference.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.

Yesterday, I realized that my wonderful Aunt is having a birthday today. I'm in Oregon, she's in Las Vegas. I found Cookie Zoo in an online search and took at chance. Whitney is amazing! I phoned yesterday late afternoon; we discussed what to send (cookie shapes/designs + brownies); and she delivered them this morning!
