I hope no one hired this company based on my experience and my previous review on yelp. While a…read moresecond technician did come out and seem to do a better job, overall, I was incredibly unhappy because less than a week later my entire house reeked of urine smell! I originally hired them to clean my carpets to remove the urine odor from my cats. They told me that if I smelled urine later on within 30 days I could call them back and they would come back out again... Not know but hell no! Why? Let me tell you why... Extraction is the reason! Safe dry does not extract from the carpet! All they do is spray some very mild enzyme/chemicals on your carpet and smear it around with a piece of cloth! The only thing that is extracted from your carpet is what little bit the cloth absorbs. Let me also say that this cloth, a.k.a. dry cleaning bonnet, shreds and leaves little tiny fibers behind in your carpet. How do I know? Because I use a black light to find urine spots that my cats have so gracefully left behind. I have never seen lots of little white flecks all in my carpet until safe dry left. I couldn't figure out what it was and why all these little white dots were showing up on my carpet now after having spent over $300 having it cleaned! Once I inspected a bit further I realized that these were tiny little pieces of fibers from that dry cleaning bonnet. Once I realized this I really started thinking about their so-called cleaning process. How can you put a bunch of cleaning agents and enzymes on top of carpet and then just simply spin around a piece of cloth on top of that and expect for it to suck up dirt, debris, dust, hair, urine, any other liquids that might be there? The answer is, you can't! You may be able to minimally absorb some liquids but I promise that their bonnet does not extract from the carpet as it should to properly clean it. So, I called around to a couple of other companies who actually do extractions and I was going to have to spend another three to $400 to have someone come out and do this process... I said no! I bought my own machine!! I spent $500 purchasing my own carpet extractor and let me just tell you... The dirt and dirty water and debris and Grodi stuff that came up from my carpet after having had it cleaned less than a month ago was insane! I do have photos but on another phone and I will update with photos ASAP! In the meanwhile, I highly recommend that no one calls company if you need your carpets actually cleaned. Call someone who will truly extract junk from the carpet fibers instead of smearing it around to places where there is not dirt. I plan on putting together a really nice video showing just exactly how this dry cleaning carpet does not work and how it can further imbed The exact things you want removed! Now that I have spent a solid week moving my furniture yet again so that I could clean my carpets properly, the smell in my house is amazing! Absolutely zero urine odor and nothing more than a clean fresh smell. Sorry safe dry if I could've given you a zero star I would have but a one star is the least I can give.
