They offer discount to students spending more the five pounds. The staff are really helpful and are very focused on meeting your needs. It's great to support such a good local business and it's the only shop of it's kind in the city centre.

The staff are dedicated and polite, but do perhaps chat to customers too much when there's a queue forming at the tills! The food hall is well laid out, but is often busy, so harder to navigate around. There is parking at the back of the store, although this is very often full, especially after 11am on Saturdays. It is 50p for 1 hour, £1 for 2 and so on. There is often a parking attendant on hand, who keeps things running smoothly.

This can get quite busy especially when I've been here at weekends and this can be annoying to walk around especially as I have a pushchair to take around aswell. Anyway, they do a have a few members of staff around the shop so if you have any problems then they are always around to help. There is plenty of parking close by aswell so this is quite handy aswell especially if you end up buying quite alot.
