I ordered an almost $100 arrangement to be delivered for someone's birthday. The recipient sent me a picture of what arrived. Looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I was so disappointed. I called the shop to discuss the situation. The man on the phone advised me that he didn't have the flowers in stock that were on the website. I asked him why he didn't call me to advise me of that so I could pick a different arrangement. He said he picked what he thought looked best. NO! What my loved one received looked VERY disappointing and definitely not worth the almost $100 I spent. He said he'd go pick it back up and give me a refund. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! It was already delivered to a loved one for their birthday. I'm not going to have it taken back! That's ludicrous. I managed to get the delivery fee taken off, but that doesn't fix the poor customer service, disappointment, and outrageousness. read more

Wish there were a ZERO Stars available! My wife and I needed to order some flowers for a funeral. We had used Cooksey's before as we grew up here, but NEVER again. We waited in the car, called their posted number, and then were waved in by a man. Both us us had masks on, but my wife's mask was not up high enough for the the man. She told him it was covering her nose, and it was. Not good enough. He told her to pull it up or he, "couldn't serve us and WOULDN'T serve us." After my wife told him she couldn't breathe with the mask much higher (it already covered her nostrils and the tip of her nose), we were told it didn't matter. He again, repeated if she didn't pull her mask up further he, "couldn't serve us and WOULDN'T serve us." Piss on him, we went down to Posy Peddler and those folks couldn't have been nicer. We selected our flowers and were on our way without the drama and hassle. Screw you and your chicken spit flowers. We spent our money (almost $500) at the Posy Peddler. read more
