Worst pool company in area!! Installed a liner, new steps, painted decking. All is a complete mess. Been trying for months to get owner to come fix. He refuses to come out. I used this company to install a new liner for my in-ground pool in 2016. I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had, with any company and regret it to this day. They missed every milestone discussed, including starting the project almost a month behind schedule-even after I paid 50% up front. So many things went wrong during the project. The last person that came out painted the coping around the pool and painted 2 white marks in the liner that are about 3"x3". He tried to remove the paint but gave up and never came back. I paid the balance honestly just to not have them on my property any more. A total nightmare and I would not recommend them to sweep a sidewalk. Run while you can. read more

I do not recommend this pool company. They replaced the impeller on the filter motor and charged $350. The workman was there less than one hour and installed a used impeller he had in his truck. The owner told me it was a set charge and new impellers are $40 but he would not discount the price for the used one. Another local pool company said they charge $150 plus parts for impeller replacement. read more

No stars... About 2 months ago took my water sample.... All was 0. Sold me some chemicals about $ 130 jake the guy "owner" gave me a deal on stuff...... Came back two other times sold me more.... Last time came home put chemicals sold to me in pool instant turned brown... Then when I went back a few days later with sample, all was off the charts. Computer said drain and replace 70%. Wtf... The girl behind counter called him on phone.. Said he would come out and look at for me.... No show..... Went back a few days later and Jake did my water sample.. All was off the charts again. Said he would come over and look at it for me to my face... Still no show. I believe I was sold the wrong amount of chemicals and my pool was messed up by the employee.... Think jake knew this. At least could have called and tried to make right but nothing. He will read this and remember me, I am still in the computer. They now have a now hiring sign in front of store. I do not recommend the services of the place to anyone.. To bad to they are the only pool place in perry. And by the way with a pool place in Warner Robins has helped me beyond believe. Pool is up and running 2 and half weeks after my last encounter with jake. Don't use them at all for anything.. Just buy your shock at walmart. read more
