I cannot say enough good things about this store. First off, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, above all they never felt the need to push me or "sale" me on anything. I came in thinking someone might try to push me into buying something I didn't need, and it was quite the opposite. I wish I could remember the lady's name that helped me, but she got me set up with a great e-cig and helped me go through all the flavors and find what is best for me. Because of this store I haven't smoked in more than a month. If you are looking to learn more about vaping or are looking to quit smoking, please stop in here before anywhere else! Unfortunately they do not have the New Albany location on Yelp. Here is the 1 Star review I left for the New Albany location. If they had a zero star I would give it that rating. My mod broke and they are right around the corner and that is where I get my juice so I purchased a new Smok kit. When I left there I called a competitor down the street and they had it 20.00 cheaper. Went back to the store within 15 mins and presented the unopened box to the clerk. I was then told all sales are final. I explained it was cheaper down the street and I buy all my juice with them. The smug clerk said don't get mad at me we post it on the wall. I explained this would be my last purchase in that store and he said not a problem. Straight scammers and I will never shop there again and will sing it from the rooftops to everyone that I know that vapes (most here in Southern Indiana and customers there). So congrats you got my extra 20 dollars this time and have lost my business forever. I would quit vaping before I ever go in that store again. New Albany is a very small town and word travels fast, can't imagine this place will be in business very long scamming loyal customers!!!. read more

This is only shop I ever go to because the staff is friendly. They are always helpful when I go there. When I buy my vapes they are quick to remind me of the coils. I tell all my friends and everyone I see this is where to go to take the switch from tobacco to vapes. read more

Beware!!! Their disposable tanks break and the regular tanks change the taste of the Juice. They won't tell you that either. Forget about returning them even if you've been a very good customer. Go someplace else! read more

I have shopped many times at cool breeze vapor on outer loop and have spent a lot of money on their products. Just in the last 2 months ive been out over 400.00 on new product kits and coils, e juice. On 1/24/17 I bought the new Eleaf Ijust s and loved it, but the next day it started leaking around the bottom by the airflow and around the seal where the atomizer screws into the glass housing. I called and drove to the store on 1/27/17, the guy behind the counter checked it out saying the atomizer was tight, then had me show him how I use the item, then after a few hmmms he says yes mine does it too blah blah what you need to do is block the air flow when you fill it up. What Bs, it is top fill unit, but I tried it as he said and guess what it still leaks!!!! He did nothing to help me and would not exchange it. I have never taken anything back there before or ever had an issue until now, but thanks to him I will never shop there again!!! read more
