Daniel came in my home and knew what was wrong within just a few minutes. He cleaned some pipe out and my air was on again! He cleaned up, went over a few things I should look for in the future and emailed me the receipt from his tablet. Very professional. They were the first company to really show they cared and took the time to diagnose why for 13 years my house was not properly cooling and more importantly, why it was not dehumidifying. My house was built in 2013 and is very energy efficient. It turned out the builder and original HVAC contractor oversized my house with a 5 ton unit and did not set up my zoned system properly as well. The manager, Chris, did a new load calculation on my home and inspected every room, attic space, etc. and determined I only needed around 3.5 tons of air. So he outfitted me with a 4 ton true variable speed and variable management system that was specifically designed for zoned systems with multiple zones and thermostats. For the first time since I built the house, my A/C is both cooling and dehumidifying properly for the first time in 13 years. Chris, Brandon, and Daniel were SPECTACULAR! They were very fair on pricing and even got me 3 years of interest free financing! I finally found my HVAC contractor for life! It's now Wednesday, though I've tracked them down to call them still no communication and our appliances work worse now than before they arrived! The price seemed a little high compared to competitors in the area.. I wouldn't mind paying it if they actually showed up and my appliances worked. Update on appliances : When I initially called it was for the dishwasher when the technician arrived he fixed the dishwasher and offered that he he could clean our existing appliances for a reasonable price. So we had him clean the washer, dryer and icemaker all of which were working prior to his arrival and none of which we had called. When he left the dryer did not work nor did the icemaker, which was no big deal because he was going to be back on Monday as I stated in the above review never called. Didn't come back after following up with the company on multiple occasions they finally came back without the correct part for the dryer stating that I needed five additional parts for the dryer that worked perfect prior to their cleaning it needless to say I ask him to put my original part back put my icemaker back together and please leave!!! They were polite and very tidy however, I now need to go buy a new dryer and I'm not sure if I will ever have ice again but in the good news, the dishwasher does work !!! I was concerned about air quality after construction. We realized the builder didn't cover vents properly so construction debris (drywall bits, saw dust etc) was in all the returns and some of the vents.
