There was a time hiccup in the beginning, but she apologized and they took care of me, which the end result is the most important part. When it seemed as though there were some dull parts, they didn't even hesitate to put another coat of shiny top coat - yay team! Pretty environment, family run. I'm not one to write reviews, especially bad ones but I was very sad and disappointed. I went in for dip removal (which should be very easy), and I came out with my nails butchered. The man I got filled my dip down past my nail bed almost to my skin. When I asked him to stop what he was doing he was very confused as what he was doing wrong. A lady came over and translated the issue to him and apologized for what he had done to my nail, but unfortunately the damage has already been done. Service was lacking. My daughter and I needed our nails done for a wedding. The nail techs were mostly all male. My Tech was OK, and my nails, a classic french pink and white was basic, but he forgot to cut the pink in one finger. He also didn't clean up under my nails well. I left with acrylic all over my finger tips that I had to peel off. It's not the best pink and white I've had and I preferred more elongated nails and communication. My daughter's tech did a horrible job at what she requested and she even had a picture open on her phone the whole time. It wasn't a complicated request, just a pink overlay in a round shape, but she got sharp pointy almond (daggers) and a couple were crooked. He also filed two sides into her skin, making her bleed on two fingers. He used super glue to stop the bleed, then pressed his finger on top, so his finger stuck and then messed up the finish to her nail. The salon also used dirty tools, they didn't do any cuticle work on us, and didn't sterilize or prep our nails. The marble table was dirty as well. We paid but will never come back. read more

Appreciate that they take walk in appts but service wasn't to the quality I expected. An owner or employee had their kids in the back that could be heard crying and yelling. That's not something you want to listen to while you're trying to relax and pamper yourself . I got a spa pedicure with regular polish and requested a gel manicure because I needed a polish that would last at least two weeks. They seemed confused by that and asked me 3 times if I want gel manicure. I don't think the nail prep for a gel was sufficient or they were rushing idk because the polish completely lifted and peeled off within four days. My regular polish toes still look great though. Might try again just for a pedicure. read more

PRO: they take walk-in appointments, the chairs are comfortable and the air smells healthy -- so there's good ventilation. CON: none of the manicurists speak any English, so it's very hard to communicate what you want. They don't seem to offer any place for you too dry your pedicure other than sitting in the chair fanning it with the salon menu card‍ most salons offer a table you can sit at that has a fan on the floor so you can stick your feet in front of it while your pedicure is drying. read more

Went in for plain pedicure. Needed gel polish removed and just clear polish put on. Asked for Lana, as she had done me the first time and it was an excellent job. She tried to upsell again this time, several times I had to say no. ( the first time she also did upsell rather vigorously and I agreed to an eyebrow wax) Finally I gave in and upgraded to spa Pedi. She literally spent 15 min max on my feet, with little to no cuticle trimming and maybe 30 seconds of foot massage. Then she stopped after the hot leg towels and said "you're done", and she immediately turned her chair around to do someone else. She never even did the clear polish! And then upcharge me for the gel removal, which she would have had to do anyway for a Polish change! I also feel like the first time she communicated in English just fine, but this time I could not tell a word of what she was saying as to why she insisted I get a higher priced pedicure. I think she was upset I wouldn't upgrade because this was the fastest pedi I've ever had. In the end, I paid MORE for getting LESS. I paid $62 and walked out of there with no polish! Went in on a Thursday after lunch to have a gel mani/pedi to prepare for a family reunion over the weekend. Fastest mani/pedi I've ever had - in and out in less than an hour! Very friendly and accommodating, however the gel began chipping Saturday afternoon and today two fingernails are completely bare and 4 more are chipping. So disappointed! I'm here visiting family and ended up breaking one of my dip powder nails. Instead of getting the one mail fixed, I decided to just get all my nails done again. Biggest mistake ever!!!!!! Before my nails were long and the perfect squoval shape. I asked the lady to trim them a little bit and keep the same shape. My nails now are SUPER short and each nail has a total different top shape. It's going to take so much time to grow them out and reshape them! Also not to mention the dip she did is horrible! It's uneven everywhere, she accidentally drilled into the side of one nail and never fixed. Three separate ladies asked if I was sure I wanted black and then proceeded to nonchalantly talk about me and make fun of me choosing black because I had all black clothes on. She took forever to do my nails and only out oil and rubbed not massaged, one hand. She also put a gel topcoat and cured my nails. With dip that's the whole point, no curing!!! These people clearly have not received proper education and training. The biggest thing to note is this place is completely unsanitary!!! The lady doing my nails had just finished someone else's and sat me right down without cleaning anything etc! I should have walked out right then. Not worth a dime I spent and I will never come here again or even recommend and now my family that lives here knows and to warn anyone about this place. Worst experience I've ever had, unsanitary, unprofessional and they clearly do not know how to do nails. I went in to Cool Nails today for a repair and gel polish change...unhappy when I left! The young man did a POOR job on my nails! He didn't even drill all of my old gel polish off and when he put new color on, you can see the old color!!! Absolutely NO detail work done!! There are definitely some women with talent in there however the rude service is so not worth it. None of the men have any talent whatsoever with nails do not let them touch you. I wasn't very impressed today. There was a lady working on me and then she moved off with somebody else and did their nails while she was supposed to do mine the room temperature of winter soaking your feet I was not impressed. The water was just cold. I don't know if it was me or what when they do my nails they're supposed to get the ingrown nose out. I'm going to be one of those people that says "if I could give zero stars, I would." I am furious with this place. It's the day before Mother's Day and I've had an appointment for a week to get a pedicure with my best friend. We both have 8 month old sons, so we have never been away from them for more than an hour. We were so excited to get some self care time to ourselves and have a relaxing Mother's Day. We showed up at 12:55pm for our 1pm appointment, they told us to have a seat and they would be right with us. An hour later, they had already taken back 3 different groups of women for pedicures that showed up well after us. Finally we got called for our turn, where they had us not even sitting next to each other, and another half hour went by and nobody even acknowledged us or had us pick out our color or anything. By this time we were worried about our sons because we had been gone for so long and our pedicures hadn't even started. We finally walked out and never got our Mother's Day pedicures. I can not believe a place like this is in business. They were incredibly rude by hardly acknowledging us and taking other customers before us when we had an appointment for a certain time, and had to rearrange our schedules for. At 1 hour and 20 mins a worker came over and said he will be with me after he eats, I told him that's fine but I have an appointment at 230 and I've been here an hour and 20 mins already. But in reality you will be waiting for an hour, customers would much rather prefer if they just told the truth and asked you to come back another time. I paid for the most expensive pedicure which was supposed to include callus removal, wax, massage and the whole package. My foot massage was LITERALLY 25 seconds. The male answered the phone 4 times to schedule an appointment, had to check out people twice not to mention, I waited an hour in the chair to even start. He also DIDNT DO THE WAX OR CALLUS REMOVAL ... I literally couldn't sit in the chair any longer cause I was sitting there for 2 hours for a 15 minute pedicure. Went in for a pedi and brow wax. The pedi was ok after I had waited for 45 minutes. The lady who waxed my brows was scary. She was very rushed and got wax all over my hair. Wax was very hot and felt like it was burning my skin. It's been 2 hours since my wax and my face still hurts from how aggressive she was during my service.
